Remove New Taps Notification
Remove the new TAPS notification sound. I changee the tone for privacy purposes. And you allow a ridiculous sound to notify via TAP. I have tried to change the sound, but it wont change. Allow us to select the notification tone.

WE NEED ETHNICITY FILTER BACK

The constant changes you make!
Stop changing things we don’t need to be move and never ask for it in the first place!
One day the message icon is on the bottom left, then to the right, favorites one week on the bottom of the page and now is the upper side. One day you can block people you don’t want to see, next time you can hide them but they still can see you. In the morning you get notifications and by night the option isn’t even there. What’s next? Allow mock locations
This used to work. For some reason, when I am home my GPS location shows me 4 miles from where I really am. And when I am working, I would rather appear close to home.
I understand you are trying to cut back on the spam, but it has not helped.

At this point my problem is that I paid for the subscription and I'm not getting as many profiles as I was promised.
If you can make this app save searches for individual people, I mean like a Google when you searching for some things it saves and then next time it give you a closest search you were looking for, that way it's going to be much easier find your type, Because it feels like it's throwing you opposing profiles, Because it's getting harder and harder to find someone with similar hobbies.

I've been using Grindr since it launched, and I still believe it would be very necessary to create a section, an option, or whatever, for those of us who, outside of sex, can meet guys with intentions beyond sex, sex, and sex. There are many of us who long for someone with the goal of getting to know each other and sharing nice things, if both of you are in agreement.

Filter favorites by last seen
When looking at your favorites you often want to see who has been online recently and not just who is online at the moment, so I would suggest adding a feature allowing us to filter by last online categories.
E.g. show only favorites who have been seen online in the last 30 minutes, 1 hour, 5 hours, 1 day, etc.

Sex Position: Top, Bottom (not vers)
I am either a bottom for older men or top for younger men. It's is extremely rare that I am sexually attracted to a single person in which I want to do both. Therefore vers is not an appropriate selection for me. In other apps you can select multiple roles which accounts for this but not in Grindr.

Screenshot notifications
We should at least be notified if our pictures, chats and/or profile is screenshot. Too many people screenshot pictures and use/send them to other people just to get more pics from others. Let us be notified if things get a screenshot so we can block and/or report the person especially if we didn’t consent to it.

Stop letting ads with viruses in your app and change how the roam feature works
There are multiple instances in which ads have attempted to give me viruses on my mobile phone, I have an anti virus, so it never works, but not everyone has an antivirus on their phone so this could be a potential threat to someone, I thought it was the bare minimum to filter your ads but apparently not. and also, the roam feature should have a toggle option on whether or not you want to see roaming accounts. It is so annoying to see a profile you are interested in, click it, and then it be 65-70 miles away, that…

Interested and not interested buttons
I think another great idea would be to include interested and not interested buttons that could be sent in the messages as an option. It will allow users to quickly determine who is worth their time. This would take the form of a tab on the bottom toolbar in the direct messaging window. You would simply click it and it would send a prompt that would ask the question simply "interested -or- not interested". The recipient could click tap on either choice which would send a response to the sender that could be quickly reviewed so the sender would know…

Taps repository
There should be a repository for taps of submitted, when I tap other users maybe include a flame icon on the thumbnail of the users you tapped in the home window. It would also be nice to have either a countdown for when you can tap again or a timestamp for when you sent your tap. I also think premium users should be given multiple if not unlimited taps. I also think if you tap someone that you've already exchanged messages with it should highlight your conversation in the messages inbox.
