Ban Nudity from app
The fact there’s so many nude photos top or bottom that’s being allowed to be posted is so disgusting no one wants to see fat fuck ugly hairy body’s/ or pictures of lower halfs this is wrong and uncalled for ban every/any kind of nudity from this app NOW

Screenshots blocker
Before, I use to not be able to take screenshots from grindr at one point, and now I can again. Can we get that feature again? I dont feel safe. This app is like everyone throwing sensitive picture and you should mediate by making whats in grindr stays in grindr

Longer Profile info
No one reads the profile anyway, but for those that do 255 characters is just NOT ENOUGH to say what people are into, looking for, who they are. It doesn't have to be a life story but we definitely need more space

Masculine, androgynous or feminine stat or tribe. The way you have position stat or tribes.
As a gynesexual that isn't just attracted to trans people. Its quite annoying I have no way of filtering out all the hairy, bearded, masculine, men that make up the majority of the user base. I don't know if fem and masc tribes would be better or just adding an extra "presenting" stat would suffice. I'd be happy with anyway you can implement this filter.

Allow “sides” to choose a second position
Individuals who click “side” as their “position” may do so because they somewhat prefer side action- but the label(and filtering category) “Side” may sometimes convey disinterest in anal sex completely, which is certainly not always the case.
I.E- there are many sides who are sometimes also very interested in anal sex. Unfortunately, other users may use the grid filters to exclude “sides” completely, thereby excluding many sides who are actually also very interested in anal sex.

STOP UNFAIRLY BANNING GAY MEN!!!
I have been unfairly banned permanently for "hate speech". In reality I just said no the sexual advances from trans women.
Those trans then started telling me to k!ll myself, to f#ck off and die, called me the F slur, called me bigoted and then threatened me and my family. I reported them and I received a message to "be kinder going foward" and when I reported a second time I was told "no action is being taken".
Then I was suddenly banned for "hate speech". I was informed that I am permanently banned because grindr is a safe space…23 votes -
Harassment preventions
The Hide feature prevents anti-social behaviour in the LGBTQ community. But it also opened up a new way for people to do harm to others. I received some gibberish text from people, and before I could respond, they blocked me immediately. So this is how people get around blocking people because of their race, for example.
This is a nuisance, sort of a harassment, and an attack from the members who are being toxic. Please improve the blocking feature. For example, don't allow the members to block without a response when they initiate the chat or tap within 24 hours.…

I’d like to suggest a feature that could enhance user experience and prevent potential misuse: introducing a mandatory waiting period before a user can block someone they’ve just shared an album or photos with.
This would help avoid situations where content is shared and then immediately hidden via blocking, which can be confusing or concerning to recipients. A brief delay (e.g., 1–2 hours) could give both parties clarity and encourage more thoughtful interactions.

Show who Saved You As their Favorite
Make it possible for (paid) members to show who saved you as their Favorites. Even when the one is in offline or incognito modus it should be possible to see who saved you as their Favorite. So you can BLOCK/Hide any unwanted followers.

the explore tab
