Gender/Sexual Orientation Filter
1) Please add an option for users to indicate their gender (Man, Woman, Trans Woman, etc.) and sexual orientation (Gay, Bi, Straight, etc.) on their profile.
2)Allow users to search and filter for what they're looking for based on these criteria. For example, "looking for gay men", etc. The grid will only display results based on these criteria.

Fake profiles
Revamp the app to require the first pic (profile) to be facial for facial recognition to certify you are who you are. Make it to where members can sorry by location and certified profiles only to eliminate the fake, fraudulent profiles. This will greatly improve the app and user satisfaction.

Photo ID introduction / Subscription Prices / Reporting Accounts
Photo ID Verification needs to be introduced due to fake or blank accounts on Grindr globally being used and created on a consistent basis.
XTRA & Unlimited subscription prices need to be significantly reduced as the price of these subscriptions are not properly justified for the high cost.
Profile Photos by now should be mandatory and cannot be removed to further prevent blank accounts, each photo must be assessed by Grindr to ensure that a face is in one's photo they upload to again prevent ones from using a random black or white photo which may not have a face…

Fix this app. It’s working like garbage.
I pay good money for this app and it’s barely even usable. Constantly glitches, messages not working. Fix this garbage. You’re doing a huge disservice to your customers.

Advertising
All the ads annoy me meanwhile. It is toooooo much! Make a page named "support grindr" to watch advertising. I would sometimes click on it to watch ads, but now after every message when i change the chat, a new (or allways the same) advertising stresses me! Grindr is not funny anymore!!!

Tags don’t differentiate between describing you and looking for. For example the tag “hung” could mean I am hung or I’m looking for hung.
Separate tags into two sections: my description and looking for. Also “thick” is confusing. Could mean girthy or big-bodied.

Delete Multiple Messages at Once
Swiping each and every message that you wanna delete, one by one, is so time consuming. Being able to hold and press and click and delete multiple messages at once would be a much needed feature.

Age range
Fucking free version you can only search for 4 years. Why the fuck do you keep making it harder to use your app. Wtf. Stop forcing people to pay for your shit.
Bring back the old version where you could search for whatever age you want without limiting you to 4.
Also, just in general, stop changing free features to paid ones.

apparently Grindr isn’t making enough money they need to take more advantage of the customers who pay their salaries by taking away a feature all users had access to & now making us pay for it.. while they heavily pack the app with even more ads no one is interested in.

taps by distance
Why can’t we sort taps and messages by distance? I want to filter messages by guys near me- not 50 miles away first and then 50 feet away next.
