I know in America the race thing is sensitive. Here in Europe, there is absolutely no issue with saying you are more intro this or that skin color, because it's just a natural attraction. Chubby/Chaser Community
I’ve been using this app for various years now and I think I could say I have a fair understanding of how it works. I’ve noticed there’s not a lot of options when it comes to chubbier guys. There’s no “chub” or “chaser” tribe. Just things such as “bears” and “otters” is the closest we can get. Let’s be honest, being a bigger person in this app is already hard enough as it is. STOP CATFISH. ADD VERIFIED PICTURES
OKCupid and other services already have this feature implemented. With the absolutely rampant abuse of catfish on Grindr, why why why is this not already a feature? It should be a REQUIREMENT of creating a profile. Facial recognition on signup and you can't post any pictures that don't match the verified face. The pictures don't have to show a face but if they do the verified face needs to be on them.

Remove auto refresh feature
Ever since the last update every time I click on a profile then go back, the screen automatically refreshes and jumps back to the top of the list. It's infuriating to navigate the app now and makes me want to delete it which would cause me to lose money I've already paid for the ultimate package.

Face Verified Photos w/ an option to still hide the face
Requiring people to set a profile picture with their face on it just to get verified can be too much for a lot of private guys.
To still provide them the privacy while allowing them to show that their profile pictures are theirs to some extent, Grindr could enable face verification by:
- Have users upload a photo with face
- Verify if the photo has their face through proper selfie verification
- Allow users to only display the cropped version of the verified photo for privacy
- Display a verification mark for each verified photos (regardless whether the user opted to crop the…

Expiring photo spam
Simply fix this problem! Require that a conversation must take place... At a minimum, two to three lines... Something like: "Hey!" "What's up?" "I'd like to send you this expiring photo spam" Before an expiring photo can be sent. Better yet, consent is sexy... Gain permission to send an expiring photo message first!

Grindr Free Restrictions Are out of control
Ok. The last thing you did was putting a barrier to fresh page and tying it to the Grindr extra. Now free users can only speak to first 6 people close to them on fresh page. Cool. We got it. Why do I have to create a Grindr, "UserVoice" account to post feedback? That's xtra. Why can't I just post feedback with my Grindr account or without having to make an account?

Bring back the favourites tab

Grindr to introduce a verification badge. Much like other social media networks that have verified a users identity. This would help with identity fraud and also other people using your photos.

Can’t find men looking for trans women
With the new gender filters, as a trans woman i don’t have the option to see men who are looking for trans women specifically. I mostly see gay men since the trans tribe has been removed. Trans attracted men can still find us via the gender filter, but we can’t find them, putting us at a disadvantage. It’s sad because grindr was the only app where trans women could find trans attracted men profiles through the trans tribe filter. Any way to change the algorithm so that trans women can see profiles of men looking for trans women?
