Views and chats dropped since the new update !!
Since the new update, the grid shows SIGNIFICANTLY less profiles than it used to.
As a result, you receive way less messages, which leads to frustration and eventually you wanting to pay for boost.
Even playing around with filters, the grid is extremely limited. Such practices should be illegal. The only way you can talk to people you find interesting right now is to use boost. This is so unethical. Grindr is the only app that is used by almost everyone. Stop relying on lack of competitors to abuse users, one day it’ll backfire. Every one will leave Grindr for…5 votes -
Please, do something agaist people selling drugs
I don't know other countries, here in Chile people use Grindr only for selling drugs, most of them straight people (men and women). If you change your location to Chile you can easily see how many people are selling all kind of drugs, mostly weed. They even put that in their description with no shame or fear. Grindr is a paradise for Chilean drug dealers😡

Filter out tribes that’s just aren’t attractive or appealing saves blocking them to remove from feed

Allow us to report blocked users in all locations!
As a trans woman, I receive so much abuse on a daily basis on Grindr and I frequently am unable to report these users as they block me after sending the messages. There people can then go on and abuse my trans brothers and sisters with no consequences because this feature is unavailable in my location. Please bring this feature everywhere for the safety of all users!!

add grindr stories where you can upload a picture or video to your profile for 24 hours and star to save them for grindr extra accounts

It would be great if the album didn't appear when it was shared again. When you share the album again after stopping the last time, multiple versions will be visible.

Make Grindr T&C enforced on users fairly and transparently
I would like to describe the situation that I was in and still am. I’ve dealt with impersonation, harassment, blackmail on the app and outside of it due to one person. He uses the paid grindr services. The reason why I know cuz he told me in the past and he has unlocked multiple albums and sent disappearing photos. I’ve reported him with overwhelming evidence of him calling me in derogatory terms, racist slurs due to my ethnicity on the app itself. I’ve provided screenshots of our conversation from telegram. Re-enable ethnicity filter
Those of us in minority communities have trouble connecting as many of us are incognito due to the pressures of society and our communities. In supporting one group for removing it, this ostracized and discriminated against another that relied on it. Can make it a part of Xtra as before.

Filter who can message you
I have had many issues with catfish and people claiming to be other people. A lot of the time these individuals operate from blank profiles. I understand why people use blank profiles but for my own online safety I choose no longer to engage with blank profiles. Rather than having to politely decline on an almost daily basis perhaps the ability to filter out who can message me would be a more effective. ie I only appear in the grid of profiles with face pics or I only appear on the grid of guys withing a certain age group. Search for tags
As a nonbinary person, I find it difficult that there isn’t a tag for us. That transmasc or transfemme isn’t a tag. Also when I search for bi guys in my area (I am in Los Angeles proper) and I am only allowed to view 3 guys and the rest can be seen w Extra membersbip. Which completely isolates me as a nonbinary trans boy. I can’t look for guys who might like me….
