   Show exact distance of a profile when we are roaming from one location and when we choose some location show the nearest profiles not the profile which are far away from that location and also show the distance exactly from our own location to that location in current version when we choose some location and see the profiles it doesn't show exact location it only shows the state and city not show exact location and when we try to message them after that we can see our exact distance which most of times are far away from us like 50 to 100km so what the use to message them when they are far away my request is there when we choose some location show that location nearest profile only don't show the far away profile from choosed location

   Why I have limit to access the profile while using location changes feature, as an xtra member, I have unlimited location changes, and never have blocking profile. I think there no point for the xtra member when u block those profiles. Im considering of cancellation

8. Spam is out of control

   I'm getting about five or six spam taps and/or messages every day. The developers need to do a much better job of restricting these profiles. For example: if a new profile send a bunch of taps in a very short time; if a profile jumps location too quickly (i.e. location spoofing); if they have "visit my socials" in their bio, or is just a straight up "go to my website" message, etc.

   There is plenty that grindr COULD be doing to stop this.

9. Block multiple people at same time

   Without filters our grids are overcrowded by profiles we don't want to see, profiles we are not interested in and many scam, bots and professional profiles. That makes it impossible to find real profiles and people we are actually interested in. So either you bring back and add filters that are actually useful or give us through multi blocking the opportunity to get rid of the stuff on our grid that takes the enjoyment out of the app. Don't forget we are the paying customer not your stupid woke ideas.

10. Discreetness: Custom Chat Colors & Custom Sounds

    You allow for a discreet icon but if sounds are on, its extremely non-discreet. The grinder sounds are recognizable by even straights now. They've appeared in movies even. Please allow a user to set custom sounds and choose basic system sounds so they can blend in.

    Also, custom chat message colors would help as well. I use an iphone and mimicing those colors would allow for eaiser app usage in public.

    I’d like to suggest a feature that could significantly improve how users connect on the app. Currently, many profiles are blank, which makes it difficult to find and engage with others meaningfully.

    To address this, I recommend requiring users to complete some basic profile stats (e.g., age, height, position) along with tags that provide quick context. Ideally, there would be two sets of tags:
    • “I Am” Tags (e.g., Daddy, Jock, Newbie, etc.)
    • “I’m Into” Tags (e.g., Kink, Older, Younger, Oral only, etc.)

    This would make profiles more informative at a glance and help users find compatible matches faster.

    Additionally, there’s some confusion around the current tag system. For example, some people select Bottom because that’s their role, while others use it to indicate they’re looking for bottoms. By separating identity tags (“I Am”) from interest tags (“I’m Into”), this ambiguity would be resolved.

    Overall, requiring minimal profile details plus structured tags would improve efficiency, clarity, and the overall user experience.

12. Segreated Mailboxes, Favorite Categories, and Searching

    Pinning users in your mailbox is nice but at a point it becomes difficult to scroll down to find new messages from un-pinned users.

    Keep the pinning feature but also add custom mailboxes. Let the default mailbox as is, but inaddition to pinning allow the user to move the chat to a different mailbox. For instannce, I might make a mailbox: Have Met, New York, Into my Kink... It would just be easier to organize contacts and find them later. Favorite categories rather just just "favorite" would help as well.

    Also, we used to be able to search chat messages AND favorite nots to find help find a conversation. Really need that back.

    Chat management, finding users, really needs to be improved. You've been innovating a lot of new Pay to Use features lately... we need some basic UI improvements. App has really always been buggy. A lot of your competitors have superior apps just not the user base....for now.... Just being honest.

    The feature you have "Right Now" is senseless. Because mostly people use Grindr for sudden hookup which is good. But Make separate feature like "Right Now" for relationship where people from community who really want relationship can use that feature... Atleast straight boys will skips that feature if they have self worth. And I bet you if u people launch this feature it going to boom in industry...     1. Minimal age range is doubled
    2. Too frequents commercial
    3. Less available profile
    4. Hide profile instead of block

    5.Technical issue - Lots of repeating bugs with no support
    6. No improvement of app for costumer beneficial or better performance.

    This is just to most clear issues.

18. Illegal Deleting Of Taps By Grindr

    It is illegal for a host website to intervene or interfere with private messages and correspondence between it's users. This would include the deletion of unread e-mails (and for simplicity I am excluding the situation relating to users deleted after communicating.)

    However, when it comes to taps I find that when I log on there are often a few taps which have been "timed out" and which I cannot identify unless I pay. This is illegal because a tap is a form of private communication as much as saying "hi" is between two members and that having been initially accessible for an hour or so by the recipient if online they are deemed to have been sent and received.

    Whilst Grindr can, of course, only allow the sending of Taps by those who pay, the effective deleting of them after being sent is an abusive and illegal interference in private communication between members.

    This situation is exacerbated by the fact that after logging off ones online presence does not instantly switch off resulting in the other person send the taps believing one is online.

    This is surely illegal and needs to be addressed.

It's humiliating and honestly I begun to despise the ideas you bring on. 20. Give women their own app

    I'm sick of being shit upon by women who now come into this space and feel safe and act the fool towards us. I've been temporarily blocked so many times I've lost count and why? Because I would say, no women on my profile which given that this is grindr, shouldn't have needed to be said. But, they message me and when I say no, I get in trouble. When I ghost them, I get in trouble. When I put in my profile no, i get in trouble. This app is not safe for me or people like me anymore.
