Seach engine for specific types looks and like taylord to your needs
Would be really great if they would add a search engine that would allow you to type in specific looks characteristics and styles of people to better fit our wants and needs and desires for what we are looking to find on this site

Not being able to see who checked me out without upgrading to better plan
When someone checks me out I should be able to see their profile name and picture and distance from my location without having to upgrade to the extra premium plan but if would like to connect with them and talk or more than maybe have me upgrade to initiate a conversation or see more personal info in their bio and profile

REFRESH!
If you’re going to make me watch an ad before I can open EVERY message or EVERY profile I click on - especially a bullshit ad I have to watch every time, you can at least make refreshing the homescreen actually REFRESH and other simple things work. I’d be more inclined to pay for it if the free version actually worked. But I will not be a (returning) paid customer for something that doesn’t work nearly as well as other free apps

Hidden users list: stable sorting by descending of hiding date
Current behavior:
The list is unsorted and shuffles after each deletion.
Removing a user from this list is extremely inconvenient.1 vote -
Charge to unlock a profile
What if you charge a small fee to unlock profiles? After you’re 1 daily free unlock, give an option to pay maybe $0.99 to unlock a profile. I feel like people wouldn’t pay the monthly membership but would certainly pay a $1 to unlock a profile. Just a suggestion.

WHEN adverts appear
The timing of adverts when you open a chat for the first time just makes me want to close the app. Then I lose the chat. And then I forget about Grindr for days because it’s very triggering.

Bator
Change jo back to bator. All these guys who aren’t bators add jo to their bio and it makes it hard because either they message us trying to hookup and not bate or we message them just to find out they are aren’t bators. It’s really frustrating since now a lot of guys put jo in their bio because well most guys Jo but not everyone who jo is a bator. I’ve asked these people and responses ive gotten are “oh I like to Jo while I eat a guy out, or I like to jo while being railed” and…

Grindr not uploading pictures to the profile
Grindr is not loading photos to the profile correctly.
I have 5 different face pictures I use that I offer swap out for others if I take one I like. I’m uploading the photo, however when I submit after the thumbnail position selection, it takes me back to the photo grid and the image is not there. It’s just a gray box.9 votes -

The first ban should only be for a week, and get longer each time, since grindr doesn't give a warning before a ban

Limited profile viewing
I don’t appreciate the decrease in profiles that I’m able to view as a basic Grindr user. We get bombarded with an exorbitant of ads that seem to pop up seconds apart, we shouldn’t have to pay to view more profiles….isbt yhat what the ads are for?

The app keeps saying it cannot use my location
Randomly the app keeps popping up with a notification within the app that it cannot use my location and to try again later

Trans bots/toggle for trans/gay
There should be separation between straight men who are after trans individuals strictly, and gay men after gay men. On top of that, you have a massive problem with trans women bots. They’re not real people, they are scattered all over the grid. It’s obnoxious. This app gets worse and worse as the days progress, unfortunately.

Admins become greedy and cares more about the sex offenders than the members.
