2. Have grindr pictures save to my phone again, or have the option to do so!

   Grindr used to save the photos I took in the app to my gallery and it no longer does that but I've taken some cute photos of myself and I'm sad I can't use them anywhere else without doing a bunch of photos hop:(

3. Fix this app!

   You have to force stop and restart the app just to refresh always "something went wrong" or "cannot determine location" even tho all permissions have been giving. Or the screen just loads and loads, it's very frustrating. And it's the sole reason I will not pay the outrageous price for membership, that in the aggressive amount of ads. Do better!

   Oh and if you could figure a way to filter out the scammers and hookers that would be great too!

8. Scrollable / Swipable Ads instead of Pop ups?

   The necessity of ads is understandable, but the frequency and intrusive nature of the current ad system, including constantly redirecting to an offsite page when attempting to click out, is over the top. Would placing more ads on the grid that users could scroll over like Instagram or swipe through like tinder be a possible option? Thank you so much.

12. Grade de alcance dos perfis visíveis

    A grade de perfis que eu posso conversar vem diminuindo muito a cada atualização... antigamente a grade tinha um alcance de 10km (média) Agora o alcance fica em miseráveis 2km... 14. You shouldn't have to be a paid member to start conversations with people in other areas

    I live only about a half an hour away from the capital city and next major city in the state I live in the West Virginia I like to search users in that city because I also used to live there I can only search those and talk to them if I pay for service I don't think you should have to be a paid member in order to talk to people from other areas I think that should be included in all the packages

16. Paid “Tap History” is low-quality and guarantees nobody sees taps. Why use them now?

    Tonight I logged in to check my taps after I was out and about only to find they are now all blurred (even the latest one) as if they were as interesting to see as views. While I’d pay to see views, I’d never pay to see taps. They are very low quality and 90% of them are spammed from the same guys I don’t like and you couldn’t force me to like without it being rape. Today, sending taps are effectively sending messages into a void that the recipient will likely never see. It’s almost pointless now.

    I would like to preface this with the fact that I subscribe to XTRA on occasion and unsubscribe when I encounter job instability or a shift in priorities from worrying about men- because sometimes it just does not matter. Historically speaking, I don’t subscribe to dating apps for more than a few months at a time, so aiming for 100% subscription retention rates is unrealistic

    I get this is a persuasion to subscribe to XTRA, correct? Was it an extra feature or something that was free for several years? I would respect the cash grab if it meant putting in work making an extra feature that’s actually good, serves a common need and adds to the value of Grindr. However, “tap history” feels like selling me garbage. A slap in the face. The interactions were already low-quality in the first place. I send them as, “you probably won’t like me but I’m interested if you’re interested”, which feels as mutual and respectable as it gets.

    Making this feature paid only decreases the likelihood I even send taps in the first place, because now THERE IS A 100% CHANCE users do not see taps I send, especially if the most recent tap is blurred and paywalled.

    To the product managers of Grindr, you are basically killing off the “Tap” feature at this point, there is no reason to send them or even look at them because you just can’t.

    TIP: If XTRA (or even Unlimited) came with more specific filters for my type and taste in men, there is a 100% chance I’d subscribe more often just to see more men that I’m more likely to be into. That would be incredibly helpful and I’d pay for such efficiency because it saves years of my life searching. But to kill off taps and put them behind a paywall is such a low for a product value proposition. Out of ideas to sell? Why has nobody thought about showing people on my grid I may have seen in public before I went home? Seriously, I’m not sure if the people trying to sell XTRA are thinking the right way here. I’m willing to give you guys money, but not for crap like “tap history”. Ugh.

18. Stop Auto populating my grid

    I really don't want to see people 62 km away randomly popping up in my grid. I refresh and they move a few slots away, refresh again and disappeared.
    This is VERY annoying and I don't want to see these people.
    It seems to me just a REVENUE RAISING gimmick on your behalf wanting me to pay so I can connect with the person.

    More and more people are leaving this app because they keep on limiting features and limiting access more and more every day for free users. People
    Are switching to sniffies and other free apps cause Grindr has got very greedy and is over charging for xtra. Not to mention the mental vibe of Grindr users is flakey and they possess unrealistic standards. It’s sad what has happened to this app.

    U guys seriously have to get on with the program. U allow 1 profile to show ass and dick. The next profile u show that fucked up message some pics are not allowed. It seems 4 of u choose which profiles can upload which pics. If u don't like the profile u bring that shit up. If u like the profile u allow it to show full dick or ass.
