   Could you please add a distance filter to the app please? It's very annoying having to sift through people that are 200 to 300 miles away. It's very time consuming and annoying. If I remember correctly at one time there was one.

7. The app constantly stops refreshing

   The app constantly fails to refresh on or off WiFi. This is becoming a daily issue. The app runs even more poorly with just cell service only. Optimize the app to work better on cell service alone.

9. Offer ad free days to users submitting successful spam reports

   The frequency of ads can be a frustrating nightmare, but I understand the app needs to make money. As an incentive for users to help the app, offer ad free time / Xtra features to users who submit successful and validated reports against profiles that breach the app T&Cs.

11. Hey what are you looking?

    Instead of repeatedly asking "Hey, what are you looking for?" at the start of every message, it would be much more efficient to include this information directly in the user's profile. The tags are already useful, but adding a text box where users can describe what they’re looking for in their own words would make the experience more seamless and personalized. Instead of having the users ask this at the start of any message.

13. Now we have to pay to filter chats. Wtf Grindr

    How much more money do you need to suck out of peoples pockets to be satisfied? First you remove the search bar from chat and leave us with only unread, favourites, and online filters. Now you want me to pay to filter chats with people I’ve already talked to? This app is becoming more and more unusable, between the thousand women taking up 90% of profile space and the basic functions taken away and charging for them.

    Expiring photos are impossible to screenshot but not other photos.. is my privacy only important if I pay for extra and send expiring photos or should everyone equally enjoy the same protection from screenshots?

20. I don't want to see biological women or ads that prevent me from viewing messages

    We need settings on this app to let us choose if we want to see biological men, biological women (evidently they are now here for some reason), trans men, trans women, etc. I myself only date biological men. I am uninstalling now because suddenly every third or fourth result I see now is a woman or boobs. Makes no sense. I would posit that many of us still on here have little to no interest in women romantically. The invasive ads that come up every time I merely open a message in the inbox, are the last straw. I suggest making some changes quickly as I'm sure I'm not the only one moving on.
