How about fixing the issue that has been present for more than a year? The chat simply disconnects and no message gets sent.
The chat simply disconnects and no message gets sent. Nothing seems to solve the issue: clearing data, cache, re-installing, etc. Nothing works to solve this problem.

Please made a setting where you can limit how far the people you can see can be from you.
Add a setting that allows a user to limit how far another user can be from them, before not appearing on their search results. I don't want to see people more than 350 miles away clogging up my results.

I'm having problems signing in my account on my phone.
I've been trying to log-in for days now but not getting past the verification of my account with my phone number. I've had to wait more than 24hrs, I still get the same error code of "You've sent too many requests, please try again later". I also tried using another number, it gave me the error code of "Invalid Number"

I had trouble during payment of the todays 50% xtra offer and now the offer disappeared...

I work with Punta Cana Pride in the Dominican Republic, and we're looking to promote our events and drag shows within the app but we're unable since you don't cover Dominican Republic for advertisement.
It amazes me since you cover Haiti, the country next to Dominican Republic, we share the island. I don't think it should be difficult to cover here.

Confirmation prompt
Implement a prompt, choice, confirmation option BEFORE transferring a subscription to another profile. Using the Google or Facebook button should not result in your subscription transferring to that profile automatically. It is extremely frustrating and should be prevented.

Grindr responding to these pain points
One would think all these posted pain points would get fixed or at least get a response from Grindr. It’s clear Grindr doesn’t care. Instead they are creating more anger and more hate giving people an arena to spew that anger and hate.
