I have recently noticed an increase in scam accounts messaging me. Most of them are for websites advertising adult content that you must sign up for by first giving the platform your credit/debit card information, others are trying to be a little more sophisticated by trying to get users to sing up for external "social media" platforms, such as a website known as "dreamguydatesandfun", found here: dreamguydatesandfun.com (Please do not sign up with real information as you will be scammed). I have done some research into the website and domain names, alongside similar reports such as this one from a news outlet in Ireland (https://www.siliconrepublic.com/enterprise/grindr-messaging-scam-ireland) which so happens to be the exact way they attempted to scam myself. These scams have someone message you and ask you to sign up for their safety in order to gain credit/debit card information before scamming you.
