1. Location

   The only way I can refresh the guys in the app is to turn off precise location for the whole app and then turn it back on. This only works most of the time.

3. Shut off Vibrations

   In settings, I switch shut off vibrations to off but the phone still vibrates on notifications. I am using an Applie 16 Pro with iOS 26. And everything is updated

5. Random Profiles in my Grid

   Only show profile that are in your area… why are there random profiles in my grid that are 100+ miles away from me. Is it a product of the Boost feature? I have to say I am considering deleting the app that I have used for years. It’s crazy from the limits to how many profiles you can click on and see the full profile as a non paying member, which I use to be, but now I just can’t justify paying the cost(to high) compared to the overall experience of using the app. To many profiles wasting my time trying to get me to use other grinderlike websites, etc…

6. I can't block users. Why???

   I cannot block users anymore and it sucks. Most of the time I spent blocking users to keep my feed just with my interests. Once I cannot do this anymore, I don't see why I should renew my subscription, due next may.

12. Reporting people without unblocking their profile. This should be a no brainer.

    Simply that. If i block someone cuz theyre trying to blackmail me or harass me, i should be able to report them while they are blocked. Unblocking them to report just enables the potential for more harm, chats are deleted so i gotta search for the profile... its ridiculous and a HUGE safety issue.

14. Boost!!!

    Boost goes against the entire premise behind Grindr! To engage with local guys by knowing an approximate distance away. Just because you paid $20 an hour to Boost your profile doesn't mean I'm going to drive 30 miles to meet you!
    If nothing else, put an overlay color on the Boost user's grid square!
    Look, i get that Grindr wants to make money. And paying for a subscription is cheaper than buying a guy a drink. But BETA TEST before you roll out to get impressions and feedback! Not all of your app improvements are actual improvements (for example, removing the favorites tab & Boost... especially since "explore" does the same thing without putting the person's profile on my grid!)
    If you really want to make some money, Start a new app called "Grindher" to cater to all of the straight women, Trans, and straight guys that want to meet straight woman & trans so i can go back to blocking the weirdos and stalkers rather than all of the woman, trans, and straight guys looking for TS that now occupy a large portion of the grindr grid.

15. The option to hide “For You” section. It’s useless

    The section ‘For You’ is unnecessary, irrelevant, and generates a lot of spam. It feels completely random and adds no value. I already struggle with limited space on my grid, even when viewing just 160 meters ahead. Please consider adding a toggle that allows users to remove this section entirely

16. NO CHASER TAG GRINDR BEING FATPHOBIC

    I have watched tag after tag be created for feet, toes,pee trans, stepstool,,pup,otter, but yet still no one has taken the suggestion of putting CHASER as a tag after being posted on this board for YEARS.What is the fatphobia surrounding this? Guys should be able to identify themselves as chaser and chub so people can be evenly matched. Every other platform has this tag as a standard except Grindr the biggest one....WHY?

17. Block Spammers Based on Distance

    The VAST majority of spam messages I get (sometimes 3 or 4 at a time) come from new profiles THOUSANDS of miles away despite that fact that I have all Discover/Long distance browsing options turned off. Being able to block people from sending messages based on distance would MASSIVELY decrease the number of spam messages from profiles who aren't even in my country

    Police just busted a $15-Billion catfishing operation. They used slave labor behind barbed wire to send DMs.

    Catfishing has gotten out of hand! This is criminal and Grindr needs to put a stop to it. It is very disturbing that catfish posts are being typed by slave laborers.

20. Hard to find contacts in Favorite nowadays

    First of all the favorite search tab should be back, then can actually search the notes that you put on the contacts.
    Secondly, people with the distance turned off is now all the way on the bottom of the favorite together mixed with the offline people and the people that deleted the app already.
