Add this to the features that keep getting stripped away from xtra members, plus the total lack of any form of customer service, and I’m close to giving up…

Since the last update the app is almost unusable. Ghost notifications, photos in message feeds disappear. Sounds work sometimes only, refresh doesn’t work, messages aren’t being received. It’s just fucked. I want my money back. I’m making a complaint to our Govt fair trading as this ‘feedback’ is ignored and there is no genuine help. It used to be an ok app - now it’s just shit.
