Highlight the profiles that are couples. Perhaps a color border or banner. Allow existing profiles to convert to a couple profile.

Being able to have a couple use the same account at the same time on two different devices Would be best. Along with chat threads updating on both devices as well.

Maybe look into creating couple profiles so that couples who wish to do so can share 1 account but be able to receive messages across all devices signed into the account, just a thought, who’s with me? :)
