An error occurred while saving the comment They should also create a script that trolls for any kind of drug language. If any kind of drug language or street language for drugs or drug use is detected is should either be barred from being sent or sent to a monitor for further review. They already bar drug language in their profiles. I tried to put please no drugs and mine got flagged because I used the word drug. They should enhance this feature to cover the chats as well....maybe make the feature work better.

An error occurred while saving the comment People are already using mock locations with location spoofers. It's extremely common. Grindr might as well just make it a feature.

An error occurred while saving the comment A small $2 monthly fee would do more than help pay for the ID verification. It would also help to reduce/eliminate the vast number of fake profiles.
An error occurred while saving the comment An ID verification that requires people to present a valid government issued photo ID along with a picture of themself holding the ID to prove it is them I think should be a requirement for anybody using the app. The app as it is is almost completely unusable because of all the fake profiles. Adding a small $2 monthly fee for everyone using the free version should help cover the cost.

An error occurred while saving the comment I don't see how it's legal. There are seemingly endless fake profiles pretending to be other people and even using nude images without their consent.

An error occurred while saving the comment Normal I would say adding a small fee and making people go through an ID verification would lower the user based significantly...however there are so many fakes it would actually make the app usable and probably attract a lot of customers.
An error occurred while saving the comment I propose requiring a very small fee to use free Grindr such to eliminate a lot of the bots. Requiring an ID verification to should eliminate most of the rest. The very small fee for the free version of Grindr should help to cover the cost involved.
An error occurred while saving the comment I am finding there is a never ending stream of fake profiles. It makes the app almost unusable. It is literally exactly like George Sefick said.
I agree 💯 with this post. It is incredibly important that there be a sticker verification. There are too many people underage using this app. I know of several people I used to know when I was underage that all used this app/others like it and lied about their age. Some would be 15 and say they were 19. Others would be 15 and say they were 24. Everyone should need to be verified with a valid government issued photo id. I support adding a small fee for standard users to cut down on bots and fake profiles as well. The money generated from the small fee could be used for this purpose. Doesn't have to be a large fee. Just something small for standard users. I believe these two changes would go a long way in making the app a lot safer. It would be easier to track down someone doing illegal activities as well such as a stalker. Most people won't use this app or apps like it for these very reasons.
