Distance filter
Distance filter that allows you to set max distance:
Club - Profiles under 20 meters
Building - Profiles under 50 meters
Block - Profiles under 100 meters.
Neighbourhood - Profiles under 500 metersThat kind of thing. A quick way to tell if anyone is even remotely close, the "nearby" of 20km is crazy. Especially in bigger cities with multiple bars in the same city block, even customizable distance feature would be nice.

Fix your problems before changing the things that work and adding more paid features.
If you're going to spam adds so much atleast bring back the multi tiered paid options. Almost 40 bucks a month for features we dont need just to get rid of ad is absurd.

Feature: Prevent messages from too far away
A good paid feature would be to prevent people messaging you if they are too far away. Anything over 25km away is generally a bit pointless. Often a waste of time asking each other how you are for a few days.

Disable albums on Grindr Web - Screenshots
People often use albums to prevent their private photos and videos from being screenshotted/saved. You can get around this quickly by logging into Grindr on the web and using a computer's tools to save them.
Albums shouldn't be viewable on the web, or, the album owner should be able to opt-out of their albums being available on the web-version.

Parameter to mask/block automatically fake girls and trans
I have 0 interest in trans, girls, fake girls, etc. Please add a parameter so I can block those and revert to a true male-male hookup apps or please create a spin off for other interests than male-male. It’s becoming nightmarish in here; regular gays are being discriminated and most trans look like very cheap and gross prostitutes. By the way, am I soon to get Tampax adds here? I’m getting so many ads for woman stuff (most of the time now)!!!

Grindr against our security
Experimenting the politics of grindr about list of blocked profiles. After I am blocking a certain amount of profiles , after few weeks reappear in my grid. There is a maximum of profile we can block? I am paying a service that is not contributing to my security. Does anyone else experimenting that?

Conceal activity from specific users
This is both a dating and hookup app. Sometimes I meet someone IRL and want keep seeing them, but it does not mean I immediately want to enter a monogomous relationship with them. I would like the option to hide my activity, online statis etc. from people I know without completely blocking them. Its awkward when you activate Right Now mode, and you get a message from someone youve been on two dates with, "oh wow, you could have just texted me". Stop bogus users directing us to other URLs I g get as many scammer text on here as I do genuine texts.
When something is so obvious that they are a scammer or directing us to other sites. Grindr needs to be far more efficient at removing these accounts.
It takes way too long for moderation to kick in. With agentic AI and generative AI you should be able to do this pretty quick.

I don’t have a Grindr account, but I would if there was a BFF section. I hear the girls are annoying the guys looking for a hookup bc there is no specified section for this. The world is better with gays in it and I love and adore my gay BFFs! Will & Grace, Carie and Stanford, Rachel & Kurt, RuPaul and Michelle! Screen your profiles better
You need to do a better job screening out the spammers from your profiles. And all the fake profiles that keep getting created. It is getting ridiculous when 75% of the profiles are fake people

Unexpected jump in electricity bills
Last month my electricity bill almost doubled, although I did not change my habits or buy new appliances. When I called the supplier, the operator said that they “updated the tariff policy”, but I did not receive any notification. I checked the meter - everything is working correctly, so the reason is definitely not in consumption. Friends also complain that their contracts changed without warning. Has anyone encountered something similar and knows how to check the supplier’s actions for legality?

ADS TO ENABLE PRO FEATURES
Allow us users to enable more pro features like unlimited albums for limited time by viewing ads... And also make sure this is consistently available to be opted by users on their choice.... On the long it will benefit grindr app monetization only

Age and likes of every profile should be there mandatory
If we filter the age also some profiles hides their age and their position it's difficult to search and need to ask abouth their likes is so boring
