There needs to be a way to remove access to ALL of the people that can see your album. It is a pain in the ass to remove 1,000 profiles one by one. This is an easy fix.

To counter the hiv stigma
How abt a feature that allows user to put in their choice w regard to dating a hiv poz person.

A few basic necessities for regular users.
- Upgrade/eXtra prices
?Wtf wrong with you guys? Those gargantuan prices for what? For App which permanently doesn't refreshing or shows nonsense distance/position? Or for a "interested" adds (every f©k1n ten minutes)? Maybe its for some many others bugs and function lacks in there...
Repair the goddamn refreshing and distance/position showing.
I/We would appreciate a "not interested" or "dislike" button.
Fix these things that most users consider "basic & standard" and maybe I'll (and some others too) start subscribing the premium version...
...but probably not at those prices.

need FULL control over ALL chat sounds (sent and refresh)
We can change and turn off SOME sounds like new chats, but can't change or individually silence the chat refresh sound or the annoying sound when every message is sent?
Really needs expanded to allow full control of every sound that Grindr makes. turn on or off any of them, customize any of them to be a new sound. it's a very "all or nothing" approach now that leads to missed messages.15 votes -

DEVELOP A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT PROVIDES CUSTOMER SERVICE
My account gets banned and NO ONE can tell me why. The worthless customer service idiots simply continue to ask me for information that i simply do not have. I have provided all they asked for yet they say I am missing information and refuse to assist! THIS IS GODAM BULL$HIT. They should enable the option to use a false location, I don't understand why they banned it, now there are few guys nearby, many of us used that option to avoid interacting with guys who live very close to us, due to discretion.

Arbitrary ban
I have never ever violated Grindr's community guidelines or terms of service. It was a shock when my account was banned two weeks ago.
On appeal, I was told there was reason to believe I was underage (I am turning 37 next month). So, as requested, I emailed my face picture with my account details and national ID to Grindr.
The response was to close my account altogether, and "for privacy and safety reasons, we cannot provide any more specifics about why your account was closed" and "this decision is final".

Tap timescale
Why have taps been limited to 3hrs.
Literally just getting less and less accessible to meet anyone on this app at all as by the time I get an opportunity to log in everything is blurred out. Sort it out so it’s more accessible again. Paying extra is not an option and I cannot afford to pay for the app2 votes -
