1. Ban for users playing trick

   It increasingly becomes a trend on Grindr app (US) that some users plays trick on others. They asked to meet, then blocked when the other arrived, or asked to meet at a hotel then gave any random room number, or worse, asked to be host in a hotel and when the room is booked they blocked the others. These are examples that I actually experienced but I believe there would be more. These behaviour is making Grindr community unhealthy and indirectly has negative impact for other users. In stead of having fun, we must have been very cautious and suspicious to everyone due to those tricks. If being reported with full proof of the intentionally playing trick, those user should be banned permanently.

2. Cant see users after unblock

   Last week, I was clearing my visitors list and accidentally blocked a guy I was going to be meeting. In the past, when I have unblocked people, they have reappeared on my visitors list. This is no longer the case.
   Problem is that he didn't have a profile picture, so I can't find him. Can this be changed so that we can see users we unblock

3. Picture Privacy

   I have spoken to many people who were NOT aware that the photos in their albums cannot be screenshotted. Now I think it might be a good idea for you to send everyone a message about how an 'album' works. because they react with delight when they hear that their photos cannot be photographed.

11. In-app camera and photo library for reducing fake profiles

    Stop allowing access to the device's photo library. Provide a good in-app camera for taking selfies and an in-app photo library. Like this one cannot send anymore photos they have grabbed from someone else's profile and saved on their device. We would only be allowed to send photos taken through the app.

    In the last, the explore function for the city one is looking at also displayed local time at that location and distance from the user location. Both these features were useful.

    When will Grindr start A. Letting up on some of the guidelines of nudity. I thought we were a community of progress. Isn't nudity something that our community especially has been a part of getting mainstream everything to loosen there belts but now that we have more right it's as if we are putting ourselves back in the closet. I'm not saying post full on sex but a cock and or ass pic are now in most R rated movies. B We need a place in the search bar for things we don't want to see in a person. So instead of having what we have now with hashtags you could have a set of 2 each and we could choose it as either we want to see it or we don't want to see it. 15. Having up graded i lost distance from me spoiling app

    Before I upgrade I knew how close people are to me I think it should be set at 200 metres then you know they are in the ball park. Upgraded to extra and it showed people as 1 metre away, when in fact they where 11 kilometres away. Has spoiled use of app.

    I think it's ridiculously that just cause I don't respond to someone or tell someone no they can report my account and get me falsely banned, it's bullshit that Grindr doesn't evaluate the account first and then ban if necessary.

    Please create a sexual orientation blocking feature or filter so that the gay men only looking for other gay men don’t have to be bothered with trans women cis women or straight or bi men

    maybe like a man for man only filter or something so men only looking for other men can find the men they need without being bothered by other people’s existence in their way when they don’t get any response from the people actually near them on their free accounts.

    I know there is a block feature that gives them the ability to block their way to a better version of grindr for themselves but it seems to be not a reasonable thing for them to do and after reading how hetrophopic and transphobic and femalephobic so many people on this are I think it would be the safest way for the rest of us, including gay gender and orientation inclusive men to best avoid these types of hardcore man for man and only men types of people because who knows how they would treat a man they invited over as soon as he did something they didn’t like. Could be deadly for anyone not fitting their expectations

    Maybe just a gay men only filter would be easier and automatically block all the people who don’t fit that category from being seen for their own protection
