Please block VPN users
There are a lot fake accounts who employ a VPN to populate a certain area and dominate the feed. Please block VPN fusers or safety reasons to prevent the unscrupulous cat fishers who employ this technology to harass and geofence competitors. Their dominance of an area essentially drives users away because their are fewer opportunities to meet authentic users.

closing blocked user profile
when looking at a users profile, I tap the block user icon at the top. I confirmed to block the user. There is an X on the top left of their profile. But it doesn’t work for me. It will not close the window. Instead, I need to swipe down. But that isn’t clear.
I think the X should work to close the user profile, or there should be a bar at the top of the page to indicate swiping down to close this window.2 votes -

Location and Visibility
There needs to be a Location and Visibility section on the app like there is on the website. Both should have the same.

Limit how many times your profile can be viewed.
The same people will look at a profile multiple times in a day. This gets irritating because they look at it again in a matter of minutes, especially when the profile goes against what they put in their profile. Going back and forth looking at the same profile, especially when they don't have a picture or it's blank.

I'm requesting that Grindr removes the option of 'Side' as a sexual preference. The term 'Side' is used to describe individuals who choose not to engage in sexual intercourse. I believe that including this term is counterintuitive and contradictory to sexual behavior. Compared to the sexual roles of top, bottom, and versatile, the inclusion of a role that abstains from sexual activity could potentially pose a threat to homosexual activity. Please bring back ethnicity feature. I live in a country where I am a minority and I get rejected on a daily basis by majority of the people due to my ethnicity. Despite of having a paid subscription, I don’t get to see people of my ethnicity.
