Mark used photos
Until recently, when you use one of your photos in a message, that photo was grade out in your available photos within that same message. It made it very easy to know what you had already sent. Please reactivate that feature. Thank you!

Less mobile data usage
It appears to me that grindr uses a lot of data (eg easily dozens of MB per session, while other apps use only a few MB per session, similar usage behavior). This is a pain when traveling abroad or for people with limited mobile data.
I think this could be either optimized (better caching, better workflow with optimized image compression etc) and/or advanced settings (eg optionally disable most images in mobile network, just use chat, as a data saver option).11 votes -
Be able to take and save videos like you do pictures within the app
There have been many times where I would send someone a video and I want to be able to save that video and send it to multiple people in different chats. I am not able to do so now. It’s frustrating having to take several of the same video just to be able to send it to others. I would love to be able to take and save videos in the all just like you do pictures.

Add more payment options for grindr india like rupay debit card and gpay
I am regular user of your app since long time. I want to subscribe for your yearly premium membership. However your india version is not providing friendly payment options mostly used across India such as rupay card, Google pay, etc. Please provide additional payment methods which are user friendly and widely used across India

Conversations Deleted By Grindr After One Year
I complained to Grindr that conversations were missing even though I back up daily. I was told by Grindr that messages are not kept on their servers, but are on our phones. Nonetheless, Grindr purposefully removes conversations from our phones after one year. This is beyond absurd. It is my phone. If I want conversations to be kept on my phone, Grindr has no business removing them after a set time period.

hide my profile from my friends
hi, if you travel often with your friends who are also gay, you might stay at the same place like a hotel. then you might be in a mood to have some crazy fantasies and wildest ideas thst you want to write on your profile about to find right guys, but that you also don't want your friends to discover by just opening your profile which would be in the grid right next to theirs. it could be simply embarrassing or too dirty for the friends to know.

A fresh start
Delete your entire profile like you never existed no old chats, no blocked or been blocked, all pictures and profile details completely gone like creating a new profile. Sometimes you just need a fresh start.
