Everyday I see profile pics of guys literally Butt naked on my main page. And when I try to update my pic wearing lingerie, it says..it is against guidelines. Even my profile picture is normal..🤷♂️ get this shitt together

Jumping menu items - sneaky
When viewing menu settings, there’s a brief moment where edit profile button appears in one location only to be quickly replaced by a button to purchase a subscription. This is deliberate and can lead to unintentional purchases. Is the hope here people with automatic payment set up accidentally make a purchase and then decide it’s too hard to reverse and keep it? Let’s not resort to trickery like this.

Ways of Searching
It would be nice if we could search by hashtags 1 or a multiple of to 5. That way I could search for what's hard to find like for an example: Dom Top ltr outdoors workingout no-smoking. Than search and only those with the same hashtags will come up and when it does it starts with the guys that matched the most of the hashtags you had chosen on your search. Distance filter for everyone!
Nearest profiles I keep getting are over 100km away! Very rarely do I see someone from my area or at the very least the next city (25km) I’m also aware that the app doesn’t show me everyone, as i have a bunch of friends that live nearby that also use Grindr and they either can’t see me while I can see them, or the other way around despite having filters off for testing purposes. I also receive taps from profiles with tags I have filtered and are near, but I couldn’t see them prior to receiving the tap from them.…

Stop bombarding me with desperate pleas for money
Like it’s not even the candy crush getting on my nerves anymore. I’ve learned to live with it. It’s your app asking me to buy boosts! Buy pro! Buy this! Buy that! Like girl we get it you’re horny for money but like… you’re not getting my money. And the more you distract me with ads shoved into my face the less I use your product. It’s truly that simple 🤷🏻♂️

I understand your business model, but I recently enjoyed a promotion whereby I paid 99¢ for a month. When it ended, I saw that a month of Xtra is $23.99. WTF??? Seriously, Grindr? You can’t charge like $7 per month and still make a profitable killing?
