Add an optional verification method
I get Grindr likes to be as anonymous friendly as it can be. Hear me out tho, please: add the option to verify ID with a photo if they want. This won’t solve the scammers and bot problem but it’s a step closer. I am sick and tired of seeing scammers and fake people on here so please just DO SOMETHING

Reducing fake accounts and bots
Can you please attach a badge to a member’s profile indicating whether they are paid or free member or simply make it a pay only site? I believe this would reduce the number of fake account accounts and bots.

new favourite tab is a mess
Having it as a filter is not good. Small thumbnails, no details on distance, or last online, profiles with hidden distance now appear at the bottom.

Return the full use of albums to Xtra subscribers
Why did you recently(June 17 2025) remove the ability for Xtra Subscribers to send, have and view unlimited albums. We are paying for Grindr to have “Xtra” resources on the platform. The price to pay for Xtra is damn near as much as the unlimited subscription.

You have 14 1/2 to 15 million users. Of those users, a little under 1 million actually pay. It might benefit you to consider lowering your egregious prices. "Popular" members stuck at the top
Grindr has separated the more "popular" members in all regions by putting them at the top of the cascade. Some members might object to this! Being more popular results in the members location being inaccurate when others are using the location search option. Members are not even aware they're "popular" because our profiles no longer appear in our own grid. Again, this is just another stupid feature, added in order to used member profiles as click bait to sell ads! ... Get rid of it!!
