Local only matching feature
Please add a feature where users only see profiles from their current location/city via GPS, auto-updating on location change. This improves safety, reduces fake/timepass profiles, and enables easy nearby meets without 10–15 km travel.

Stop trying to force us to subscribe to Unlimited!
I’ve been an Xtra subscriber for almost 10 years and I feel offended by the features you’ve been taking away just to push us into Unlimited. Now the ability to talk to people in other locations is limited too? How come I can only talk to 5 people in Explore? And why does the age filter now require at least a 5-year gap between minimum and maximum age? We can’t even block anymore? And this new Favorites button is awful!

Hard to find which profile to unblock and to chat after unblocking
While using grindr, we're often forced to block or to mask the profile of many peoples. We can unblock them in the settings but, when we're used to block a large number of profiles, it's hard to find which one we want to unblock because we can't visualize the profiles that we blocked before unblocking them and profiles often changes pictures. The idea is to add a button that allows us to see the profile before unblocking it to make sure that we picked the good profile and also to chat directly with the profile after unblocking it because actually…

I’m convinced this app is strictly about draining the LGBT community of their money. I can’t find more than 5 attractive people where I live through all the pick collectors, scammers etc. and if I want to see more people I have to pay $40. It’s extremely disgusting. I had a similar problem a few months ago so they sent me a code for a month of unlimited only for the the code to not work twice to add insult to injury. Why is it that you have to pay to use the incognito button you shouldn't have to pay for that nor to be able to unsend a photo or a message
You should have free access to the incognito feature.
There should a feature that can allow you to know if a friend,family members,ex partner able to follow you on the app other app have this feature it says in you contacts that way you can 🚫 them or use the Incognito feature.2 votes -

“Face verification to confirm original identity”
Please add a face verification or blue tick feature for real users. Many users with genuine profile pictures are still seen as fake because there is no proper verification badge. A verification system would help users identify authentic profiles, reduce fake accounts, and improve trust and safety on the app.
