1. Is it just me, or is London water actually aggressive?

   Hi everyone! I’m honestly at my wit's end with the water quality in North London. We’ve lived here for about a year now, and I’ve already had to replace the heating element in our washing machine, and the kettle looks like a limestone cave after just two weeks of use. I was chatting with my neighbor yesterday, and he joked that we’re basically paying a "hidden tax" just by living in a hard water area. Is he exaggerating, or is this a known thing? It feels like I'm spending a fortune on descaling products and repairs. Has anyone else experienced their appliances dying way sooner than expected? I’d love to hear how you guys deal with the buildup, or if there’s some specific info on how much damage this is actually doing to our pipes in the long run. 2. The ability to search messages

   Just like in any other text messaging application or something like that, you should be given the ability to search keywords for specific messages. I remember once upon a time that was a thing, but I have no idea why you guys took it out.

6. "For You" grid is useless at the moment

   "For You" grid should take into account hashtags and filters. I have my age filter set to 40+ because I have zero interest in younger but every single profile highlighted in the "For You" grid is under 30. As it is right now, it's just noise and another block to ignore like inline ads.

8. More visibility of free profiles 100

   It's unfair that I only see 45 profiles for free, and I have to pay extra for more, and I only see people from neighboring countries whose language I don't understand, while others who live in the center of the country don't have to because they don't have these problems, by doing so you are violating my rights to the same experience and you should be sued!

9. not being able to renew quarterly and having the same subscription when I renew

   stop making people wait to be able to when they renew to be able to sign up for the same exact thing they had before this is ridiculous I spent at least one to two weeks every quarter trying to get my app to work. your app should work seamlessly and not put people making more time trying to get their account corrected because you people on your end do not do what you're supposed to do when I renew. I'm a long time customer and I will tell you I could find another app but right now in my area there isn't such a thing that works any better.

11. You need to figure out the bots

    I am constantly bombarded (multiple times per login) with bots trying to get me to go to a website. Now, (again—multiple times per login) fake trans girl profiles will trap me. It’s maddening. They’re using the same bad photos and changing the name each time: ashley, kelly, etc.

    Figure out your sh*t cuz your app isn’t cheap.

    Can you please attach a badge to a member’s profile indicating whether they are paid or free member or simply make it a pay only site? I believe this would reduce the number of fake account accounts and bots.

14. Less adds & more words allowed in "what are you looking for ?" Part of profiles

    So the pop up adds are getting insane on Grindr free l often have to logg off and logg back in 5-6 times in a 20 min use span.l have honestly not used it in a month allmost and have started to use the app less over the last 5 months. I understand Grindr is doing this with on purpose to get people to purchase a paid Subscription but ......it's just driving many away l know many guys who say they are searching for other apps because the adds are ruining it all and they have no intention to buy a membership. At this point l wouldn't pay for Grindr ither (esspecly being l am working only PT at the moment.)l give this app 2 stars. About a year and a half ago l would have given it 4!! So cute down on the mother F**king pop up Adds. Another issue l have is the "About me "section in our profiles. It's annoying that your app only will allow 255 characters ( which includes spaces in between words). This can make it hard for those of us who need to get descriptive in what we are looking for. The App should allow 255 COMPLETE words and not restrict our "about me-what am l looking for " section to just letters ,spaces and symbols and Emojis ,if you must give us at least 355-415 maximum please!!! Just improve your app and make it more user friendly again or make your rates more affordable for a paid subscription. The whole thing that makes your app appealing is it's free and easy to use you guys are wrecking that model.

17. Favorites search/notes bar

    The move on the favorite tab made things insanely difficult for everyone. Its impossible to search and find a specific favorite person now because the notes bar is gone. With the word/notes search bar that was in the favorites tab it was better and easier to find a favorite that you have. Please bring that back

19. Viewed Me Feature needs unlocked on Xtra

    If i, like many other users are going to pay for an Ad-Free Xtra experience and NOT the overpriced Unlimited, we would expect to be able to see the profile of (at the very least) the last 3-5 people that viewed our profile and also be able to click through to them. Currently you have to squint very hard to make out the shape and then go hunting for them in the main feed to be able to view who it is.. if we are paying to see and meet people.. PROVIDE THIS FEATURE
