Please let us block people on our viewed list
If someone sketchy keeps viewing my profile I should be able to block them. Hell, I should be able to block them even if they’re not sketchy. Let people control their grids.

There are a lot of glitches on the app right now. It’s hard for me to consider renewing my membership when the app’s been buggy for a month.
Fix the bugs and get the app in working order for your customers. Received chats not hilighting. It alerts me a message for the message I sent. The messages aren’t appearing in the dialogue box. You have to back out of the convo and back in to see what you had just written. Etc… have someone run through the app and log the bugs, and then debug for your paying customers at least.

Bring back the ethnicity filter. I will not subscribe until it's back
This is not about racism it's about a preferences. When I used to subscribe I could filter for Asian guys. This was used to find my preference not to filter out because of racist reasons. In the world of woke and PC, Grindr you have gone too far. Please grow a pair and put this popular filter back. Until then, there is no point me subscribing and I'm sure thousands of others feel the same.

Scroll down function does not work.... please fix.
The scroll down function does not work on (web and app). It worked a few days ago - perfectly. Now it is awful. Please fix!
Also, when I scroll down, the app is constantly forcing me back to the top of my messages. Why? ... just a few days ago this was not an issue. Now it is.
The reason a user scrolls down is to find one (or many) previous conversations. It does not make sense to force the user back to the top of the user's messages, after the user takes all the effort to scroll down.

Verify idea
Perhaps having it verified by using your face like Facebook dating

Saturdays being a free xtra for searching and chatting
So with the free accounts being limited before having to purchase Xtra I think that Saturdays would be a great day to use Xtra as a free day to promote sales and marketing

Prevent gang bullying
Manytimes a group of users will gang up on a victim user.. to play around, or keep him busy, or confused. It would be great if Grindr had an option to report these cases or for Grindr to help the victim by giving an alert of some sort informing him that its likely that most messages are coming from the same group of people to not fall for their trap.

Filter based on sexual health status /last test date
I think we should be able to filter based on sexual status. Everyone has a preference and a comfort level. Were able to filter by weight,height, position,etc but we can't filter by status. Ppl are worried about being filtered out based on having a positive status ,but you're okay with filtering someone based on other physical attributes. Plus those who don't have any hang ups or issues you'll still be available or maybe some prefer to mess with others who can relate to there status.

Location and privacy
Last update with the prohibition of mocking locations doesn't seem to be very helpful, here is my proposition.The app should use exact locations but shouldn't be seen in a precise way in the profiles, this can be made quite easy just hiding this info setting a user in a broad area you can see a example of this in the location of the sellers in other app called wallapop. if someone wants to share his precise location it can be perfectly be done in the private message Window. Allow Reporting of Blocked User
Allowing reporting of users who have blocked you in all locations and areas. This is a feature in some locations but not all.
When someone blocks you faster than you can report them because they know what they are doing violates site rules is not helping to create a better and safer site. Being able to report a user for violating site rules only allows the community to be safer. Fake gps
Some guys actually have and use fake gps sometimes I see guys 13 -20 feet away meaning in my house and they are not it guys 2 miles away and at my place in one minute … that and the fact that some guys have more than one profile is extremely exhausting the waste of time sometimes I think Grindr pays people to create and use fake profiles … one time I saw my friends daughter pictures as a profile .. an 18 years girl .. saying that they even use Grindr to access to your phone and Facebook account…

Its outrageously expensive and when you do pay parts of the app arnt working and finally this app use to be for gay men now its not.
If you're going to charge such exorbitant prices 1. The app should work as advertised and not be full of glitches 2. The app should be for who it was designed for, GAY MEN, first of all require a face pic for every profile (if your too embarrassed to show who you are on a gay hookup site then maybe you shouldn't be here) it would also alert a person to trans people or women in general.
