It also would allow us just to take breaks from people who aren't responding, we are in an argument with or just don't want to talk to in general. Without it taking up profile space. I pay for xtra this should 💯 be a feature.

I would advocate for a mass selection tool more generally, which could be used to favourite, tap, or block multiple profiles at a time. This would be particularly helpful in conjunction with filters to narrow down a selection.

No, because this would be an abuse of the block feature. Blocks should not be allowed to be used indiscriminately, because this would violate subsection 12 of section 3 of the TOS contract.

One suggestion I have is when you want to block someone from your list you have to go into that person's profile and individually block them. It would be great if you are on the main page and when you are say in a new location and wanting to block multiple people it would allow you to just select from the main page and black as many people as you want instead of having to go into each persons profile. This would be a beneficial tool. Let me know if this makes sense and I am explaining this correctly.

More generally blocking should be much faster, I don't know how many clicks are required now, it's crazy! I want uninteresting and not interested guys out of my feed. You make it so hard and time wasting.

Of course Grindr already uses blank profiles as a marketing tool to get users to pay for subscription, so they can have unlimited blocks.
