3. Boost distance

   The boost distance is limited to 6-km radius, but this distance NEEDS to be increased. When I boost my profile, I want it to be seen even from 20-km radius. 6-km radius is such a small distance that makes it hard to be contacted by someone that matches to me. I have been for 4 long years without dating someone, what makes me want to sleep and never awaken, so you could think of people like me.

5. Stop app cloning! Stop mock location and implement unlimited blocks

   Disgrace of an app.

   Firstly. Lets talk about everything the app allows, and the complete disregard to users safety!

   All this fake location shenanigans! Firstly. Please don’t pretend you don’t allow it. You disallow it for freshly made profiles, then after a week you are good to go! And allow people to move their profiles at will.

   Secondly! You again “Allow” the use of sandboxing! Where users are making multiple clones of the Grindr app itself, that not only allows users to make an unlimited amount of profiles (clones) that can run simultaneously and at any location they choose, but you refuse, and i say this with great emphasis - REFUSE point blank to give users the ability to block unlimited profiles. Even though the app is riddled with fakes and people impersonating others.

   Why an app like Grindr in 2023 has a block limit is beyond me. You get thousands of complaints a day, about stalkers, fake profiles, and repeated “rules breakers” yet, you do nothing! We as a community should be able to block as many people as we see fit. This is a serious safety concern that Grindr simply does not care about. You have people committing suicide, and struggling so profoundly with their mental health because of all of these factors and you simply do not care.

   And lastly. Why you cannot implement a simple verification process like “Tinder” does. That allows users to verify their profiles with a blue tick, at the very least, Is quite frankly a disgrace.

   The app is riddled with fake profiles. Jumping from one location to the next. Making multiple accounts, impersonating others and causing no end of misery to normal users like myself, who just want to feel safe in an environment and free of stalkers. Yet here we are in 2023. The app in the worst possible state it has ever been. And still we have a ridiculous limit on how many profiles we can block.

   •Block mock location!
   •Block app clone pro!
   •Allow unlimited blocks!

   And for the love of god. ADD A VERIFICATION PROCESS!

   We deserve better!

6. Pictures not showing

   For some users or subscribers however, you want to put it pictures are not being able to be seen. For example. if I have multiple pictures, I mean I’m supposed to be able to see what I am sending to people for some users. This is so.

   Also, I am supposed to be able to see already sent pictures for an example of another user or subscriber send me a picture I am supposed to be able to see it tomorrow.

   If for some reason, the people who decide what is what have taken the pictures off the subscriber, or a user should be notified of the reason why.

   For some users or subscribers however, you want to put it pictures are not being able to be seen. For example. if I have multiple pictures, I mean I’m supposed to be able to see what I am sending to people for some users. This is so.

   Also, I am supposed to be able to see already sent pictures for an example of another user or subscriber send me a picture I am supposed to be able to see it tomorrow.

   I think there's Should be a new identifier added to the profile with a kink/fetish such as ABDL , I'm personally a member of that community and I think it should be added , and now with recon adding one to there app I think Grindr should do the same

8. I hate this app

   Annoying refreash update, rude trannies and cis women, bots, scammers, fucking hetros looking for trannies and women abd ads. I am totally over this fucking piece of shit app. It used to be a nice soace for gay men now its like sll the other fucking shit apps. Remive the women and trannies, remove hetros. 9. Save specific chats and pics

   We should be able to save specific chats and images to our Grindr profile that pins them even if the backup hasn’t been restored.

   Imagine that you meet a cute guy and the chat is super good full of deep and meaningfuls and on top of that his pics are sexy AF. You should be able to save that chat so even if the back ups don’t work that you can always be sure that chat is saved.

   My backups are acting up and I’m losing chats and some of the chats are with guys that I’m genuinely interested in and they don’t always have pics or recognisable profiles so when the chats disappear I always can’t find them again. Sometimes it’s more comfortable chatting only through Grindr and in that case we should be able to individually save chats. That way we can lose the dead weight and save the best ones. (Even if this just meant all favourites were fully saved no matter what)

11. Ways of Searching

    It would be nice if we could search by hashtags 1 or a multiple of to 5. That way I could search for what's hard to find like for an example: Dom Top ltr outdoors workingout no-smoking. Than search and only those with the same hashtags will come up and when it does it starts with the guys that matched the most of the hashtags you had chosen on your search. It would be so much easier this way to find guys instead of spending hours searching. Also who's stupid idea was it that every time I respond to someone's profile that when I'm done the screen go backs to the beginning of the search list leaving me to try and figure out where I left off. Considering I search unlimited distance it's a pain to be 600 Mike's away from someone send them a dm and than get sent back to closest to you. You know how long it takes just to scroll down 600 Miles than try and find where you left off. Stupid idea and eventually will be the reason I leave this app.

13. The update you did sucks when I'm scrolling and I click on a profile and I click back to look at more it scrolls me all the way back to the

    When you click on a profile to view it and you click back into the main list it's now scrolling you back all the way to the top without you touching saying whatever happened to make that happen needs to be undone it's very annoying

    When I was visiting UK or Germany the feature of tags was available for me. But when I am in Czech Republic where I live this feature is unavailable for me. Can you please change it so that I can use tags in my country?

15. Messages still readable after being blocked

    Someone can send you some really hateful messages and the second you read them they block you so you can't actually report them for it. Make accounts and messages of people you've talked to still viewable so you can report them.

    Being able to delete all messages from a certain time period. Like a drop down that would allow you to select like older then a month week day or maybe just auto delete conversations older then a month with no current conversation

17. Limited access for unpaid members

    Not everyone can afford the multiple services Grindr has on its app. For years, Grindr has been no 1 for gay dating and hookups. But like everything else, it is fast becoming limited in use.
    Again, access to at least 100 profiles should be warranted. The advertisers I m sure cover much of Grinders profits and can easily continue serving the gay and bi communities without harsh limitations.

19. Blocking recently created profiles

    I keep having issues with the same creeps messaging me from a blank recently created profile and having to waste time working out that it's them each time. Blocking or reporting them does nothing as they just create new emails/profiles and try again in a few hours.
    Is it possible to only allow profiles that have been active for X days/weeks to see me or contact me? This will make blocking actually make them think twice and allow me to only have to chat to people that are serious.

    Have the option of saving videos you create in the app just like photos are stored. Allow saving videos, made in the app, that you receive from other members. Allow creator control over saving.
