Race of people
I have a Problem with attraction because where l live in Sydney
I accept Asian people as Friends
But on Grinda l don't have a option to block that race of people so l only see white people for Attractions
They send a lot of Request

Most of the advertising videos that appear on Grindr show false features of that app.
You should control the advertising that appears in the application. Most of the app advertising videos that come out are fake, they show features that the application does not have. Then you go to the Play Store and read what it says about the application and it differs greatly from what is shown in the Grindr promotional video. And you read the comments and they complain about the same thing, the propaganda in the advertising video does not correspond to what the application does. Blank profiles. Blocking profiles that just show up a day later when the user recreates their profile again! Prostitutes soliciting $ 4 sex
Don’t allow blank profiles on Grindr! Permanently block a users ISP who is continuously recreating another profile after deleting them. BAN prostitutes and ”masseuses” who solicit $ 4 sex & services! Enable the ability to select multiple profiles and delete them all instead of me wasting my time blocking each profile individually.

Free access
Allow full free access on occasion. Like maybe make holidays free, or one weekend a month free. With full access to all Grindr features for everyone for short periods of time. This may even boost sails for the extra features when members have the opportunity to try the additional features out over a weekend.

The ability to block multiple people at once makes the process of blocking faster to increase chances of matching with someone.

Block phone or computer IP address
The block button should block that persons phone/computer instead of just that login. That way they can’t just create a new account and keep messaging you. I met this guy on here and things just didn’t work but he is psychologically obsessed and creates new profiles daily and uses fake pics the reason I know is because I will tap explorer and move to the area he lives and boom there is the profile he just messaged me from right at his house. It’s getting kinda scary actually. It’s been 6 months and he doesn’t give up!

Background and Chat color
Ability to change chat bubble color and back ground color for users that pay for Xtra.
Sometimes the simplest things add to more of the experience for discretion. Everyone knows yellow chat bubbles is grindr in public.

Disallow blank profiles from texting you
There should be an option to disallow blank profiles from spamming messages, like a way to only allow people who have pictures on their profile to text you (if you have a picture on your profile of yourself), a feature that allows blank profiles to text you only on the condition of them sharing their pictures either privately or through their profile.

Please make sharing album mutual.
Please make sharing album mutually. i.e. The other person can only see your album once they share their's as well and vice versa.
So it goes like this. I (person A) share my album with person B. But to access my album, person B will also have to share his album with me.18 votes -
Have a distance limit filter - so guys over a certain distance won’t appear. Make it also apply to not have you appear to others too.
Add a distance filter. Make it apply to others not seeing you over that distance also optionally.

Change location within 5 or 10 miles of actual location
Allow location to be set 5 to 10 miles from real location for safety and privacy. Not only would this help if you log on at work but would keep creepy people from knowing the general area you live in with any accuracy.

Fix the notification sounds.
I have all my notification sounds/vibrations turned off for the app yet I still get that infamous Grindr notification sound playing on my phone. Sometimes I don’t even have the app running and it plays. Please fix this issue.
