While individual conversations can be valuable, it is also important to have the option for group chats.
My primary concern regarding the Grindr app is its potential to become mundane and time-consuming, especially when faced with limited options. To address this, I propose the implementation of a live chat room feature, allowing users to engage in real-time conversations. Additionally, introducing a notification system for expressing interest in private chats would greatly enhance user experience. I am confident that these enhancements would resonate positively with the majority of our members, elevating their overall satisfaction with the platform

Would be great to be able to search for key words in profiles.
Please make profiles free-form text searchable so we can find better matches and increase connections, whether that be for hookups, friends, dates, networking, and/or relationships.
Searching by tags is a step in the right direction—thank you—but it’s too confining and unreliable :/ others ar following my location what I don't like2 votes -
Dual profiles
Have dual profiles saved so you can swap out without retyping all the time. For instance one for when your looking to hookup and one for when you just want to chat or make friends. Can even swap all your tags out as well. Could even have a filter to sort who your looking for.

Read chats not showing always showing as delivered only showing read for seconds but only if you keep chat open to wait
Why do read chats show as read for seconds but only if you keep chats open to wait on reply what is the point if offering read chats but it literally shows for seconds and then goes back to showing as delivered what are we paying it shouldn't what's going on with other persons chat its simple you state it

Reduce text on profile preview
When you open the app, you see pics of guys around. But in French language, you see « Il y a 3 h » and « À une distance de 5 km ». It’s too long! Only « 3h » and « 5 km », all users know it is the last connection and distance 😊

Do more ‘fee fu*ing’ of we the users if you must, but institute a DAMN profile verification before more innocents are stalked by the plethora of ASPD users that are on here. *Might I suggest a model similar to what Scruff uses. Quick, simple AND effective! Verily, some of these people are dangerous. It should not be the responsibility of the user to ‘police’ for YOU, GRINDR the ‘police’ of this metaphor anymore than a person should have to literally police the streets while law enforcement counts profit while taking your home. Estaría bueno que se pueda calificar a las personas que usan la aplicación, que la calificación la pongan las personas que llegaste a conocerse físicamente que la calificación te diga si no te va a dejar plantado qué tan buena anfitrión es, qué tan bueno es en la materia y si es limpio etcétera
