Not only are the core functions of the app that were once free now locked behind a paywall, there is a complete lack of customer service and fair moderation. For some reason that has still not been made known to me by the team, I have been banned because someone else hacked my account and is catfishing using my album. This has been confirmed by my friends. This is a complete violation of my privacy that is clearly not being taken seriously by the team as my appeal has been ignored by weeks, nor can I even find a way to speak to an actual person. I suspect I will never get a response either. I can also no longer make a new account. Being unfairly punished for something someone else has done is truly a class act in customer service. Great job running your own app into the ground 👍
