Mandatory pic verification and id verification prior to being able to sign up for the app I have been being harassed by someone on the app
This is needed because I know that I’m not the only one being harassed by these young people and a lot of times people on the app they don’t have face pics which makes it scary for me to watch a link up with him. I know that this is a free service to us, but I believe that everyone should be safe no matter what it is. Messages unreadable due to ads
My message timeline is filled with advertisements. No matter how many times I delete them, they just come right back. I currently have six different ads jumbling up my messages. Furthermore, the popup ads have gotten so aggressive that the app is almost unusable. If this continues, I will have to delete the app.

Explore feature is not showing users near the chosen location, instead showing users first that are miles away. In some instances an error pops up when attempting to search saying to try again.

Nude pictures.
Too many people can send nudes at will and not everyone wants to see them right away. I propose an option to where both parties have to approve picture sending before either party can send a picture

Being able to see very limited profiles when using the free version because the app is way too expensive….
The prices are kind of ridiculous. It’s like I would like to buy the app, but it’s just too much if you made your prices less you will get more subscriptions and create more revenue and we will benefit as well by enjoying the benefits. This subscription brings. everybody would be happy.

Favourites and refreshing/notifications
Hi team...
My current pain points are how the refreshing and notifications are not optimised. I know this is not an internet issue on my end, but I am finding that when I try to login the app takes longer, and that I have to refresh the chat window separately to the profile viewing feed. Further, the application's notifications are often delayed and not always in real time. Lots of other media apps immediately notify when a message is recieved but I am noticing a delay in this for Grindr or otherwise it will not apepar until after i open…2 votes -

Make profile discoverable based on Bluetooth or local network
It would be great to find nearby profiles using Bluetooth or a local network. Currently, Grindr doesn't work on cruise ships or in areas with unstable or unavailable GPS

Notification for "Account Deleted/Deactivated"
Put a notification icon where you would be notified if someone has deleted or deactivated their account for us to know that they did instead of thinking that they blocked us.
