1. Random messages from far away people

   Please stop making cities so easily accessible through Explore. I’m getting dozens, maybe hundreds of messsages from people on the other side of the world daily. It’s crowding my inbox and making the messages I actuall care about harder to find. It’s also just really annoying. Their messages do not benefit me in any way. I will never meet them. Please fix this. The Grindr UI has just been getting progressively worse compared to Scruff or Jackd. It’s like you guys don’t do any UX testing with real users.

2. Settle on one paid plan and stop the extortion. Quit bullying other apps from existing. Stop the greed and show some real support to users.

   To those who run the app and get a paycheck for your work in the app. For me, it's become a pain to use Grindr in many ways. I understand that you got a business and it ain't a charity and things cost you guys money, but we all know that even if the app was free to use you would still get a pretty high revenue just from users data alone. But okay that may not be public so in order to cash in you have to have the user pay, okay. That's fair. But it's become so unbalanced guys. Even if someone who manages to afford an extra subscription for some time, cause we're not all rich or even in comfortable positions to spray money on this, even then, as if it was expensive enough for extra, you actually need to go unlimited to avoid missing out on features that are pretty basic to implement, that used to be in the free membership. It's not hard to see the game you're playing. Truth is even if I paid the ultimate paid version, I wouldn't feel happy about using the app. Men will be men and we've always as gay men have managed to find ways to find each other. Truth things have changed a lot regarding how society integrates gays into itself but that's not everyone,as I type this there are people being imprisoned or killed in some countries just for being gay. Those are are brothers, and lovers. I am grateful to live in a place where I can be myself and not necessarily have my life or freedom taken from me, not to say I haven't had my share of homophobia in my family and surroundings, but it was online places such as manhunt and Grindr that I got to see that I was not alone and there were others like me and there was nothing wrong with me for being gay. It's really sad to see how we have turn on each other as we have been more positively view by a straight run society tho. You gave gay men a way to connect with each other only to turn that need for connecting into a extortion machine designed to fill your pockets while leaving users who pay and who don't pay, feeling used , frustrated, worthless and dissatisfied. We as gay men are no strangers to hatred and segregation at some point so it's no wonder to me that we show more hate to each other than the harte we get from a straight society at least here in American continent , and it's a hateful thing to abuse the community that has made Grindr the most used dating gay app. I'm not saying give us everything free and respect out data and be nice just because. It's a business, and it should profitable for anyone investing their time and efforts on it, but maybe you can try to find the line between being a decent. Putting your users first doesn't have to go against selling your product cheap or giving it away. Its a very good product in essence and yeah people should contribute if theyre getting a benefit I agree. Don't pervert a good even helpful and community building product into an evil extortion tool. Money isn't everything, and tho Im realistic and know it's essential to survive in this world. There really are bigger more important parts to life. Maybe intangible and maybe unrecognizable to everyone unlike a BMW or a mansion. But there is a feeling when one knows that their actions have helped others than no amount of money can ever buy. You got a chance to use this , the data the money the connections and implement it for the betterment of everyone using the app, and even ,maybe everyone, who knows perhaps you could invest some ideas to help those brothers in those places were their lives are at sake for loving other men. Wouldn't that feel better than selling 10000000 unlimited memberships? If the answer is no, that's fine by me, I don't judge, but to me the answer would be hell yes. For I am you and you are me and when we die, who knows what happens really but for sure you mind , spirit, cannot take the money or the cars or the poppers and cash to wherever it may go. But there's a chance that It can and it does take away what's already in n it, in each one of use, our memories and our know we did the best we could with what we had . Love comes to us when we give love to others.

3. Block should be by Account's emails avoid new user under same account's email.

   The block and Hidden should be by Account' email because the Malicious user, Under 18, People crazy, User Fake and others usually recreate his account and find us again.
   There are Grindr's unsafe and being following by stalkers and others.
   We'd like only block or hide definitivily an user.
   Please Grindr, Do must make some thing!

4. it s not fair i message at night and he replies in the morning and i have to pay extra for $100.00 and you find matches and i have to pay

   pay extra for everyone who messages the next morning??? and then you pic the best guys for me and I have to pay extra to chat And i am paying 100$$ Thjis goes to farr

6. Cant interact with people from "for you", where is the chat button? There is only "-" button that hides them

   Cant interact with people from " for you" section. there is only "-" button that hides them. Also- after searching for location, there is no way to go back to my location or choose another location since you removed the search bar near profile pic. Have you no QA in the company? These are funny UX mistakes

7. Please bring back the adjustable distance filter

   Please bring back the free adjustable distance from your location setting. As it is currently ridiculously awful at showing profiles that are close to you or nearby. When in fact they are 800 km away or sometimes in a completely different country 🤔. I paid for more custom filters and things are just trash. I am constantly getting my board showing profiles that are definitely not nearby! 😤😡 makes it a complete waste of money

8. Hide unreciprocated messages

   The messages tab is flooded with unreciprocated messages (incoming or outgoing). We should have a way to filter them out in order to not loose track of conversations with mutual interest. Could be really nice actually to also have a way to organize all conversations better - maybe with labels, search function, archive, person’s characteristics filters, etc.

10. Restict ad times

    Ads can be terribly long. I have times a couple of ads at almost 120 seconds. That is insane. All it makes me do is hate the advertiser.

11. Ad free tier

    I would be more than willing to pay $5 monthly ($5/wk maximum) for a simple ad-free tier. Zero of the other premium features are appealing or make up the outlandish expense of the XTRA or Unlimited features. The ads otherwise make grindr almost completely nonfunctional.

14. TAP agora é pago, para ver?

    Ao invés de deixar recursos, vocês estão limitando cada vez mais, antes eram 3 pesquisas de perfil, agora é apenas uma, agora entro em TAP e é pago para ver, sério isto?
    Se reduziram a pesquisa para um, ao menos informem que o usuário já foi pesquisado antes, com uma marcação, assim não perco meu tempo pesquisando e escolhendo um que já escolhi dias atrás.

17. Request access button for albums

    There should be a button that allows users to request access to albums. It will eliminate the awkward back and forth that is required currently to access albums. A simple request comes in to the album owner. The album owner reviews the request, which should have the requesters profile attached. If the album owner is interested in the requester they will just have to Grant access to the requester.

19. Spelling metre correctly in the ap

    Can you please spell metre correctly if ssomeone selects it as their distance unit. Anyone selecting metre as their distance format won't be from the US, they will therefore spell metre correctly.
