I wish I could still delete pictures from my media page, it's no longer an option
You can no longer delete pictures from your media screen, I used to be able to click it and then hit it delete icon, there is no longer a delete icon

Change the software icon
When changing the icon it should be in all the places where the software is displayed for example in the settings in the software on the Andorean screen, when the software opens the regular icon appears which reveals the identity of the application

Take action on ALL violations
People writing ACAB or ALL COPS ARE BAD on their profile is a violation of your own rules yet you never ever take any action against them when reported. There are LGBTQI police on Grindr that would be saddened by seeing this and after dealing with criminals and protestors all day have to come back and see then when trying to look for companionship. It could push them to depression or suicide but because it’s a left agenda you take no action. Time to ban ACAB from profiles. It’s incorrect, incites hate and causes mental anguish.

Secret Admirer
The idea I have isn't like the tinder app idea. However many gays don't know if their crush is gay and need a safe way of finding out w/o getting antagonize. Some men who are not out live in the Grindr shadows. What I recommend is an option for discovery mode. This mode should be safe for both parties and not revealing either men identity until the right data is matched. Auto block any profile who's title is "YOU NEED FUNDS" Would be easy to implement and would reduce about 75% of the spam taps received.
Just automatically block the sentence "YOU NEED FUNDS" in a similar way that references to 420 and other drug references are automatically moderated. This would reduce fake users linking to external sites where I'm pretty sure they are NOT giving free money away or wanting to take care of your debts. Similarly any profile that promises to pay someone $1000 a month is clearly a scam and it should be easy to filter a few keywords and flag those profiles for review before they get a chance to spam other users. GPS/grid accuracy
The amount of profiles in the available grid that are NOT in any way local is beyond a joke! Profiles from 100km+ away in between ones that are 1km away? Just ludicrous! And the same profiles show up in "explore" searches, regardless of where they actually are. For a GPS-based app, you NEED to do better instead of making the app more & more useless.

The recent change to the age filter to only allow blocks of 5 years is ridiculous. Please remove that limit & allow specific singular ages to be selected, AS IT WAS PREVIOUSLY!

Accessing someone's profile from the Albums tab
When scrolling through the albums that have been shared with you, its impossible to go directly to a person's profile when looking through their pics. You have to interact with the picture somehow, by pressing a icon such as "thumbs up, or HOT" and then going into your chats, opening the chat with the interaction, and then finally go to their profile.

Give users the ability to restrict messages from "Joined Recently" accounts.
If users could use the setting "Do not allow messages from Joined Recently accounts unless I message first," that would reduce incoming spam messages for most users by probably 90% or more. It's an easy fix.

SPAM. So much spam
Add a non-removable feature on each profile that shows the date created or how long a profile has existed. This would tremendously help identify spam/duplicate accounts created with stolen photos. This has proven extremely effective on Facebook for weeding out spam buyer messages on Marketplace listings 🤷🏻♂️
Maybe add some level of authentication or human interaction like a captcha to be able to create or reply to a new message.
