  1. Performance glitches with loading chats

    Hi grindr,
    Since the Auto chat backup feature got rolled in I’m seeing a lot of performance issues with loading the chats. I see a notification “New message received” but when tap the notification/or relaunch app to view it, my chat inbox doesn’t show the newly delivered messages for a few mins.

    Furthermore, when I’m inside a conversation the received pictures don’t load anymore until i scroll all the way to the top. At first it may show 1/1 image but when i scroll to the oldest messages it loads the previous images 5/5

    Me gustaría que hubiera chats en grupo para tríos jaja, o para conectar entre amigos, de igual forma podría haber chats de grupos de amigos ya conocidos que busquen socializar o reunirse los fines de semana, necesitando de esta forma comunicarse en grupo

  5. Im tried of getting advertisements into my inbox. This is so annoying please stop.

    Every time i'm updating the app i'm getting more advertisements bombarding my inbox. To be honest i'm tired of this. Just stop... I'm not even interested in anything of what you advertising.

  6. Too many ads

    Hello. Here an improvement suggestions. The advertisements are increasing in a way that the browsing experience for users without a subscription becomes very annoying and stressful. Ads suddenly appear and „slide“ under your finger, and one immediately ends up at Apple Pay. A bit less of that would be appreciated. Thank you very much and best regards.

    A setting to be in between incognito and visible to everyone. To filter out anyone after a certain amount of miles. To remove the annoyance of people too far from me messaging. Also privacy reasons.

  8. WHY WONT YOU ACTUALLY FIX THE BUGS

    We shouldnt have to use the feature request to ask you to fix bugs in your app. feature requests are for... well.... NEW FEATURES. And it dont matter how many votes, I mean if there is a a BUG...and its confirmed by 5 people its probably a bug if its confirmed by 10 people ...well...you already know its a bug. Ive been a software engineer for 17 years, and Ive never seen anything like this...And dont get me started on the web client. How do your supervisors let this stuff get pushed to production. And why is it so hard…

    Está sucediendo que bloqueo perfiles y al cabo de unas horas vuelve a aparecer, en mi caso la persona me acosa todo el tiempo. Debería ser más segura la app en ese sentido

  15. Scroll down function does not work.... please fix.

    The scroll down function does not work on (web and app). It worked a few days ago - perfectly. Now it is awful. Please fix!

    Also, when I scroll down, the app is constantly forcing me back to the top of my messages. Why? ... just a few days ago this was not an issue. Now it is.

    The reason a user scrolls down is to find one (or many) previous conversations. It does not make sense to force the user back to the top of the user's messages, after the user takes all the effort to scroll down.

    After updating the apps, the chat messages refresh delay to pop out a new message. Clicking into an album that shared by others are currently more difficult and stuck in the conversation page.
