Ads for Xtra/Unlimited
STOP ADS FOR PAID ACCOUNTS!!!
I get promoting your side ventures — Woodwork by Grindr is a smart idea. However, many of us pay for the app simply for the ad free experience. I don’t know how many times I have deleted that ad from my messages tab, and received a pop-up ad today.
Right now we have Inbox and Albums under the messages tab. For Xtra/Unlimited users, I’d suggest a third option under the messages tab for "Services". However, if you do this, do not force us to view it. If the paid users want to view them, they…

Please make explicit policy banning ABDL/diaper fetishists
ABDL/diaper fetishists are paedophiles and should not be welcome on this platform. I have seen them far too often and it makes my stomach churn. Please make explicit policy that this is not allowed and take our reports seriously. This is abominable and with increasing internet legislation, it is also a wise business move.

Make taps deletable again
Please make taps deletable, just like chats. And allow us to delete them all at once, not one by one. To the Grindr team—many of whom may use the app yourselves—please make this happen!

I'm paying for Xtra so I don't have ads but I have more and more ads from you. It's not helping at all. Your suggestions are so far away and why should I explore place 5000 km away from me!!! Just give us back clean application!

show last online time in Favourites
Show last online time in Favourites please.
In the pass, we can see their last online at grid view. NOW favourites are moved, I need to click one by one to see their last onlIne time. Very stupid!8 votes -
Stop removing free features
I really would like to keep using Grindr however this is becoming very difficult with removing free features such as favorites tab where you would be able to see last online time and limiting taps/views to only the last one. THERE ARE MILIONS OF ADDS but now basic features are being removed and are charged? The app is becoming impossible to use without XTRA which is already overpriced. The saddest thing is that this is the only app the lgbt community has in some countries.. So disappointed and dissatisfied

Has Note filter
Moving favourites has meant we cannot see just those with notes as before. Can you add “has note” to the standard filters accessible by all. Would also be nice to be able to search notes. Thanks

Even if you put on your profile that you only accept contact with a photo, many people without a photo don't read the profile and continue sending messages. A feature that allows you to only accept contact with people who have a photo. Preferably, face photo

There must be search option in message tab. So that anyone can search particular message by keywords of the entire conversation.

Fake advertising profiles for only fans and things
My biggest pain point is especially the gambling adverts you cannot press the cross symbol to get out of it it takes you to the website this is in breach of regulations encouraging you to gamble also my idea for grinder is that you should be able to give a thumbs up or thumbs down because that way if you have nasty or horrible people they will not build up any thumbs up it is too open to abuse with bad people using the app

Stop ads for paying subscribers
Ads should be limited to non-paying subscribers. As a paying subscriber, I expect zero ads and find it terribly frustrating that not only am I fed ads in my inbox, but they cannot be deleted because every time I delete one it reappears instantly over and over and over and over again. ADS ARE FOR NON PAYING SUBSCRIBERS

More characters for bio yo!
We all know 255 characters is not enough to even say hi hello my name...not that guys these days care but I do. Introduction is key! So with characters please make it suitable for the fitting but honestly you should step it up a notch and do a virtual about me bio video accessible and clip Incorporated type of thing! LOL

Adds or subscription
You have so many adds on this thing it's barely possible to use it anymore without your phone baring out random adverts or the app freezing up after loading an add which makes you close it and open it again for another add.
If you're going to put so many adds on this subscription should just be for an add free versions and features should be unlocked as standard.
Choose a lane and go through features for money or cramming adverts down users throats doing both is clearly just trying to annoy users into giving you more money8 votes -

The "For you"
I agree with the ability to turn off the "for you". It seems to be an extremely flawed algorithm as I would never even view the profiles of 90% of the guys that Grindr is recommending. And having to pay to use something I am forced to scroll past is about as exciting as the ads that just don't go away. Instead of concentrating so much on shit to charge for maybe concentrate on making things better.

All girls needs to be used different app and there were some options for the girls whenever they used to sign. We didn't pay for finding the girls whenever we used to sign in this app full of Africans girls
