2. Trans Profiles & Race Filter

   I thought this was a gay app for men. Every time I log on, there’s always more trans people on than anything else. Why don’t you do an app for that crowd- “Trandr”, if something doesn’t change soon, I’ll be forced to cancel my expensive membership and try another one. You need to have some kind of visual verification and also need a filter for race. I’m only attracted to one race so I don’t need to see all the others. DO SOMETHING GRINDR

6. 2 issues so far

   1. When I go into a chat, type a message, and hit send it says it's 'connecting' and the message doesn't go through. Then I have to wait for it to fail before I can resend. Happens quite often.

   2. With the new update and new 'interest' icon on the bottom row. Every time I switch between any of the other icons it shows a bubble with 'views' and 'taps' tally and then shows a small bubble with a pic of the last person to view me. EVERY TIME. Very annoying

    The type space for our profile needs to be made significantly larger so we can be more descriptive As well as a secondary area to freely type more . We also need to double the number of pictures allowed to be added to the profiles, add free video calling capabilitie to the app, you need to give us the option to create multiple albums and be Able to upload a minimum of 5 videos on the standard accounts then double all these options to offer as an add on to package choice in the extra section. Someone should work on developing putting together a mini menu that will help schedule transportation for those that don’t drive to be picked up taken to meet then retuned

    Enable anonymous notifications of positive stds results.

    It could work like this, for example. Introduce an option to request to be notified if a given person reports a positive std result. This could be reinforced by asking the other person to agree (otherwise it could be technically possible for a person to continously monitor the std status of another person without them knowing, by regularly requesting notifications from only one person) . This permission could have a limited duration - perhaps chosen by both. In case of a positive result, the person could choose report it to grindr which would then anonymously notify people immediately and then keep no record of it.

18. Way to accelerate march : too much time lost on the app !!!

    NB : this idea adresses direct match only (not simple talk or long term relationship)

    We loose too much time on Grindr !!!

    "Not available now free at 5pm, I can't host, can't bottom now" are some examples of the waste of time that everybody can experience for hours!

    1. Too much time are lost to have a match due to incompatible search on both sides => lot of time wasted on the app !
       Everybody says this everyday!

    2. However any direct search can be summarised in 3 basic questions :

    5. What
       If you notice, that's also the 3 questions we ask again and again

    While there are some fields already in Grindr, the current fiels are static/ lost in lots of fields/ often not up to date.

    There should be a new simple panel for direct meet where :
    ➡️ When you connect to this panel you fill or check only those 3 questions
    - where : host, come, outside
    - when : available hours in the next 24 hours ! (no need more, it is for direct meet !) Important !
    - who : top, bottom, versa, age
    - what : looking for top, versa, bottom, age range (if any)

    For instance, it can be 3 fields at the top of the screen, so that the user see if not up to date.

    ➡️ And that's all !!!!

    1. On this panel, I We have a display of people matching ALL those 3 questions !

    This Is a very simple feature and can
    - avoid a lot and a lot of waste of time that everybody experience today,
    - make the app much more powerful,
    - satisfy more users.

20. Option to choose location from map got removed

    In explore, the explore option for a manually chosen point on the map, got removed and got replaced with a search bar that doesn’t even find any of the cities I have tried
