  6. Real Reputation on Grindr: No More Fakes, Lies, or Time Wasters!

    Everyone who uses Grindr knows there are lots of great people out there, but also too many fakes, liars, and time wasters. My idea is simple: create a reputation system inside the app. After chatting with someone, users could anonymously rate if that person is real and respectful, flaky or misleading, or just completely fake. These anonymous ratings would automatically build a kind of trust score. If most recent interactions show that a profile is fake or unreliable, a small warning icon could appear on it.   7. Shut off Vibrations

    In settings, I switch shut off vibrations to off but the phone still vibrates on notifications. I am using an Applie 16 Pro with iOS 26. And everything is updated

  8. Stop limiting Xtra features!

    Every time I log in another feature has been moved to the unlimited subscription! First it was unlocking profiles while exploring, now you can’t even look at a profile! Stop it!! We paid for a specific set of features and we should receive them! It is pure greed!

  11. This App Is Is Going Downhill

    It is unbelievable how fast this app changed from being the best to becoming the worst. New changes made this app less thrilling search for free members and extremely EXPENSIVE to subscribe. Trust me, this app won’t last that long…someone out there actually is building the best one unless Grindr does the right things. It’s starting to become corporate greed.

  12. Visible profiles of 600 reduced to 300 in Xtra

    When I initially subscribed to Grindr XTRA, one of the key features was the ability to view up to 600 profiles in my area. I have recently noticed that this number has been quietly reduced to 300, while the subscription price has remained unchanged.
    I find it very disappointing that such a significant reduction in functionality was made without informing existing subscribers. This change significantly impacts the value of the subscription I originally agreed to.

    The ads are outrageous. I dislike mid typing for an Ad to pop up when trying to message someone back. The app has gotten worse over the last few years. Tone down the ads at least not pop up during your mid typing message.
