Better servers/ website developers.
Sadly this app has taken a huge decrease in accessibility. To be completely honest I know alot of people experienced problem ever since ever since, using the app but we all looked past it because it was a new, cool, in demand and proved to be useful with obtaining users expectations.(I have been a user for over a decade so I can actually provide these legit statements). But it seems throughout the years the app has become less and less substantial and (TBH) less useful due to the constant location problem, and new problems with the chats, pictures and blocking…

The filters dont need both a toggle switch and an apply buttton. One or the other.
The filters don't need both a toggle switch and an apply button. If you select a certain filter (like age) and the soft button is already lit, hitting apply should automatically turn the toggle switch on. Having to do the extra step of turning the toggle on and then applying is repetitive and annoying.

Not being able to multi delete chat
For an application that started off free, then got a hold of the stock market. This app has has gone to shambles. Do better, listen to your users! There are various things I need to be available in the app. the first is the ethnicity filter, it’s 2024 and I find it hard to believe that a major company finds dating preference racist. Secondly, the app is full of glitches recently after the most recent updates. Several people have already mentioned the fact that after you exit a chat, it returns to the top of the list. Then you have…

Expand the networking category to allow for people to boost and promote their own starter businesses for a reasonable advertising rate
Expand the networking category to allow for people to boost and promote their own starter businesses for a reasonable advertising rate. I personally would invest in advertising with Grindr. However, the two options given are very expensive and both just cause an irritant to the user cleverly designed to people will pay for add free access. This could be achieved by a swipe left and right tile screen, and there could also be a category for those who engage in or want to look like women. This prevents of potential attention for those gay male users, looking for a masculine…

Verified users should be marked and there should be a filter.
Start verifying users who put up their face pics. There’s too many fake profiles and users scamming people. Grindr needs to actively participate in the safety of the queer community. We are a minority and we do not have the same opportunities to meet people like the heteronormative social space. Verified users should be able to search other verified users.

To be able to log in with different mediums
I created my account through the Apple connexion thingy, but I’m switching devices soon and I won’t be able to use my account anymore since I’ll be on Android.
Can you make it so that we can link another medium to log in with ? Or at least allow us to set up a email adresse and a password when the account was created with Facebook, Google or Apple ?2 votes -
