option to block people from messaging me from given distance (mostly spam or scam)
I’d like to be able to block people from contacting me if their location is too far. it’s usually a spam or scam for nudes. annoying af.

Taps funcionality
I work like to make a suggestion. Probably if it happens it would be a paid service but anyway. It should be an option to turn on/off the TAP funcionality and so being unable to send and receiving TAPs. At the time it's was a great ideia for a lot of people, but people like me often forget to see the TAPs tab. There are lot of people who just don't use it and don't like they use it to them, so it should be optional. Probably in a near future you realise that.

Hi,
I noticed an increase of fake profiles or scams on this app leading to a not safe community/environment.
Would you consider including a photo verification process like other apps e.g Scruff, Tinder, Hinge?
Would be great to have a symbol in the profile showing it was verified.
I understand that some people are discreet or prefer to have a blank profile, maybe include an option to verify without having the photo in the profile too.
This will help to build a safer environment for people using this app.

Messages taking forever to be sent.
When will Grindr start A. Letting up on some of the guidelines of nudity. I thought we were a community of progress. Isn't nudity something that our community especially has been a part of getting mainstream everything to loosen there belts but now that we have more right it's as if we are putting ourselves back in the closet. This app is WORTHLESS and USELESS if you can’t find what you like. What year is this can we pull our heads from out our asses and acknowledge that people actually like DIFFERENT things??? There is a GIANT difference meeting people IRL than an app like this. But you don’t care you make money anyway. Can’t wait for someone to make an app that works to find people you want to meet…. That one would be worth paying for. And yes, race and height and position and masculine/fem are all VITAL things to filter on.

Send the verification code to the number given by customer
Here’s an idea why not send the verification code to the number that your potential paying customer puts in the box for verification if it doesn’t go through because your potential customer put in a bad number, then shame on that potential customer, but the rest of the customers who gave you their legitimate phone number and you just say it’s not real That’s insulting. That’s hard to get more potential customers look at Sniffies.
