1. My app often freezes the overall workings of my iPhone 7s plus, I’ve had to reinstall it now 4 times and it’s very aggravating it also

3. Boosts

   Ever since you introduced Boost my views have plummeted, from an average of 60 - 100 to single digits. AND I'M PAYING FOR UNLIMITED. Also it's fucked up that I'm not necessarily seeing people near me, THIS WAS THE WHOLE IDEA BEHIND GRINDR IN THE FIRST PLACE. Get rid of this, or at least give Unlimited users the option NOT to see Boosted users.

5. Showing people too far away

   How about letting us users choose in which distance we want to see people?
   Right now it’s so random, like one profile is pretty near (at least in the same city) but most people are like in another country. What’s even the point showing people that are like 700 km away?
   I live in a capital city in northern Europe but I see people from Poland, Finland, Norway, Germany or sometimes even the UK. Makes no sense at all and it sucks.

7. Add “Pacific Islander” to ethnicity options

   Pacific Islanders like me actually exist, and we’re excluded in the current ethnicity profile options. Can you add that option so we can represent ourselves on your app, and be able to connect with each other?

8. Block failure

   Once again I find myself re-blocking the same profiles. Day after day they mysteriously have reappeared. Sometimes they magically unblock themselves minutes after being blocked, sometimes it’s longer than that. But it never fails to be the same profiles over and over again that I have to reblock.

   My issue with this?
   1. Unsafe in some situations. IE: stalker, threats, harassment that people have come across. Blocking might be their only alternative to eliminate these situations.
   2. Terms of service. Blocking is listed as a feature to the app where only the member can unblock a user.
   3. One remaining feature which allows some sort of pleasurable use of the app due to the lack of filters or working filters.
   4. Failure to provide services promised. Paid users owed refunds?

   This isn’t a new or odd problem. More users are posting about this failure. There are plenty of problems posted about this app yet “new features” seem to be higher in the list (Boost!?)

   Listen Grindr. Time to take action as your app needs constant maintenance. More so before you try to “enhance” it with new features.

9. There should be a Bisexual category in tribes.

   As a bisexual MAN that is attracted to both men and women.......thats something I want to share openly with the men in my life. It would be great if I could find the other men and trans women and trans men that also share an attraction to the other sex. I've been hated on by all types of "gay"men saying grinder is just for man on man dating. I suck dick and like to have sex with all types of men too. It's not my fault I like pussy also. The trans tribe is just an amazing way to find the majority of men i like....aka she/her/hottie. That's my real only reason for having this app. But if I could also find the men I'm into that are into what I am............possibly endless. I'd subscribe to that! Honestly I think this is the greatest dating app cause I've had great success across the country for years with this app and it's even been free entirely for me so thank you. It's sad that the "gay" men think we should exclude the rest of the LGBT community. 10. Never make face pics required

    It seems a lot of people either never experienced or forgot what it’s like to be in a relatively small community and/or have bigots for family. I know a guy personally who will out people he knows who are down-low due to careers, family members, whatever because he thinks it’s funny. I’ve seen it done to people on fetlife too. We should be able to explore the community without being blatantly exposed the whole time. I’m closeted. I likely will be til most of the elder generation in my family is dead. Forcing me out is forcing me off the app. I don’t want or need another problem in my life let alone that one. If you read a profile and like how it sounds, why are people so goddamn spoiled they can’t ask for a face pic? I will gladly share one if someone asks, but I need to feel comfortable first. That’s not too much to ask.

11. Counter False Reports

    I logged in today for the first time in a couple of days and all of a sudden I got reported for harassment. I have never initiated a conversation. I let them come to me. I’ve never bullied anyone either. I had one incident where a dude sent me his nudes out of the blue. That’s okay I have nsfw content set to yes please, but when I returned suit he didn’t like that I have a size fetish and said he couldn’t compete with a toy I used in my album. I tried telling him it’s not a competition, I don’t expect a human to be THAT big. He apparently took this the wrong way which is not my fault nor problem and blocked me. So all I did was add a spot to my profile that says obviously my preferences are extreme. If you’re a wuss about size don’t hmu. He was disrespectful to me first. I don’t like having my time wasted by someone that easily intimidated by an inanimate object. I didn’t follow him or create a new profile and harass him. I put in my profile not to waste my time if size is an issue for you. On what planet is that harassment? Now, I have no way to respond to the allegation or argue that it’s false. That’s bullshit. People deserve to argue their case and have an actual human being examine the evidence and anyone making false accusations should be subject to punishments as well.
