    Some of us are more nuanced that 250 characters allows for. I personally know in order to convey my interests and also curb what I don’t want, I need more room to talk about myself and what I’m in to. I don’t know why exactly all these sites and apps have taken to such limited profiles, but some of us aren’t afraid to talk about ourselves because we recognize the value in being up front and honest.   5. Allow us to click & see the profile of someone in recently viewed.

    Allow us to click & see the profile of someone in recently viewed. i get not being able to see the profile over a certain number, that was never a problem, but suddenly now we can't see the profile of someone who looked at us "right now." i get that you want people to pay for things, but this is just a ridiculous change. i pay for the first tier, and am considering canceling as i will not upgrade just to be able to see who viewed me!

  7. Side position description

    I would love a feature where just like under “identity”, you can click next to “position” to lookup the definition. Side is a relatively new term and an information icon that would bring up a similar window would take a lot of the guess work out of conversations and would save a lot of “about me” space.

    The last app update doesnt allow users to see the last visitor profile anymore and its annoying af, like, do you want to lost your users that bad? Every new update ruins more my experience.

    Now you can’t even view the one profile anymore without extra? Amungst that you can’t do anything else without extra. All y’all are trying to do is get money out of people because y’all are money hungry. How low down do y’all have to be? Bring back the basic free shit.     Being able to click on a profile that’s in viewed me grid so that I can respond if I’m interested This is only available if you are mug another to pay for unlimited it was part of extra to be able to click on the last 3 To remove something that was part of what you signed up for is a break of the contract

    Having ads that actually open my browser without me clicking anything is a privacy issue. Your ad has no right to spam my browser. I have issues with the amount and the loud noises but this privacy issue takes the cake.

    Why do you keep taking away more and more from the ‘free’ users? Now I can’t even look at the profile of the last person who viewed my profile?! You’re making your own app useless! What a shame!

  17. Customer Service Team

    I wish that there is a dedicated customer service team who can answer questions about grindr accounts. For example, can my account go online even if I didn’t log in at all? My friend’s account went online despite not having the app on his phone, he didnt logged in to grindr account at all as per his side. Or is you geotag and digital footprint accurate enough that it will only go online if the user logged into it, period. No glitches no bugs.
