  3. Pop up after blocking someone

    Instead of pop up a message to accept to block it should be a banner saying that you blocked someone and that you can undo it. Same as when you delete an item from your cart at Amazon. Because is very annoying when you want to block people they are not your style and requires clicks and time

  4. I have a great idea for improvement of user experience, you guys could start answering emails when things go wrong!

    I am being charged for xtra which stopped working, I have message you guys several times with no answer, so maybe you should improve on that!

  9. Make the promotions pop up less.

  12. My album seems empty?!! No idea what happened with it

    My album seems deleted all my pictures by itself. No idea what’s going on. I am disabled connecting people because of this issue. I am using a paid version of their service. Request a proper customer service at least as you are charging huge money

    It may be good to have a chat customization system to be able to change colors of the chat, to improve the privacy for people peeking into one's screen while using grindr, and might bring more personalization to the experience

  18. App should be interested

    I ask the providers to have a look into other apps to compare it with grinder. It's been around 9 or 10 years i use this app until today but all users they're agreed this is the worst period for the app i see. The subscription cost too high!! and the biggest issue it's getting crashed whole day for messages and even hours it's stay dissconected so you simple just lost your money. 2point for filters,searching or explore and visit the profile, it's horrible what app it's only show you 3 person!? Or ylu have to subscripe to Extra then…

    grindr is aware of Catfish girls who spam and are a threat to our security. they are all 22 years old; are 160cm tall and from all over the world. yet grindr does nothing to find them and eliminate the profiles that direct you to twitter
