fresh option but for people willing to post a photo from the last 24 or 48 hours and you could eliminate all bots
I want to create an idea where much like the fresh button it’s selecting new faces that you haven’t seen or around you before I want something that is for people willing to post a photo sometime in the last 24 to 48 hours and this showing that they are genuinely real, they are not a robot and they’re not a scam. They are someone who is actively trying to hook up right now in the photo with the grindr watermark says how old that photo is and I just think it should be much like the fresh icon where…

I need free hide profile of block profile
In the new updates they added the option to hide profile which is only available with membership. And you can't block profiles, I don't have the option with all profiles.

Return the "Right Now" feature
"Right Now" is amazing and much needed, and you all keep cycling in and out every other day. Please bring it back and leave it. When i see it come back, i may use it once or i may not have a chance because I'm at work and plan to use it that night or the next day, but I return to only find it gone again. It's such a great feature whether on profile or on feed. But please bring it back to stay, it shouldn't be an elusive animal of the wild.

Verify accounts either through Apple ID or Google. Which will provide at least the minimum transparency
Just have all users, verify their account through a means which provides some authenticity and transparency that the individual is actually what they have portrayed

Remove social media links to reduce spam
The amount of people still able to spoof their location and promote their X and Instagram and onlyfans is getting out of control. Grindr should remove social links to disincentivize this self-promotion. Social media can be shared privately once a connection is formed.

“Hide” is useless. Does nothing useful.
Removing the option to block someone and only allowing a temporary “Hide” is utterly useless. It accomplishes nothing of actual value to the end user. What value does hiding temporarily actually buy someone? If you don’t want to see or talk to them, block them. The “unblock” option has always been available. ???? I get that Grindr was trying to follow a couple of user asks (couple,) but you alienated the 90% of your users that use block as intended and completely removed the option in many cases to block someone permanently. Makes ZERO sense.

Cant hide boosted profiles.
For some reason when I hide a profile that has been boosted, it won't actually hide from the list.
