1. Remove Taps

   Taps are annoying & useless may I request that Grindr gets rid of taps for good? Because users on the Grindr app hate taps & it takes up space for better features on the app. I remember in 2020 I seen a guy said in his bio that if you gave him a tap he’ll block you. Now users can’t see taps unless they pay for the extra feature or get Grindr unlimited. It was never like that users were able to see taps for free. Please Grindr I invite you to think about removing taps at this point it’s useless to keep it especially now that users can’t see it. And when you remove taps users would have no choice but to message each other because users would tap each other but not message them which makes no sense. It would also improve communication among users.

3. Have the option to remove new album top bar

   The new feature inside the inbox to change album or see changes from guys recently engaged is distracting.

   When opening the inbox, it jumps open which my eye picks up as a new message coming on. Then I keep clicking on the feature as it expands instead of the top message I intended to open.

   I am happy to see improvements are made on being able to update albums easier and faster, but don't like it sitting at the top of the inbox.

   Maybe add a setting to have it on or off

5. I would say it's all the SPAM female and tranny profiles that you allow to make yourselves look more inclusive and like you have more ppl

   VERIFIED profiles only. People should have to upload a picture of themselves, holding a piece of paper with a random number generated by Grindr + today's date, to verify they are the person in the profile picture creating the account. That photo doesn't need to be viewed by users but should be verified through Grindr to create a profile PERIOD. You should be promoting safety. You should also be making some attempt to get rid of the fake and spam profiles that are probably just affiliates.

18. Proposal for Multilingual HIV & PrEP Health Resources for Grindr Users in Morocco

    Dear Grindr Team,
    I hope you are doing well.
    I am writing to propose an initiative that could meaningfully improve access to sexual health information for Grindr users in Morocco, in line with the health and safety resources already available to users in the United States.
    Specifically, I suggest creating an official informational profile or in-app resource hub for Morocco that provides clear, evidence-based information on HIV, PrEP, STI prevention, testing, and treatment. A key element of this initiative would be ensuring that the content itself is available in three languages, Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic), French, and English, to maximize accessibility for users across the country.
    In Morocco, there are well-established and credible organizations such as the Association de Lutte Contre le Sida (ALCS), among others, which offer HIV testing, counseling, medical follow-up, and up-to-date information on prevention, including PrEP and modern treatments, as well as free prevention tools (e.g., condoms and lubricants). Highlighting verified local resources would help ensure accuracy, trust, and cultural relevance for users.
    Such a resource could:
    Normalize conversations around HIV, PrEP, and sexual health without stigma
    Help users understand that effective prevention and treatment options are available today
    Encourage testing and early treatment through trusted local channels
    Reflect Grindr’s existing public health efforts in the U.S., adapted to a local context
    Providing this information in multiple languages is particularly important in Morocco, where users may have different linguistic backgrounds but share the same need for clear, reassuring, and empowering health messaging.
