Better, More Universal Kink Tags
Why there's a tag for "oral" and not "anal" is beyond me. What about "bulge"? "Cock"? "Sucking"? "Licking"? "Outdoors"? "Commitment"? "Generous"? "Hookup"? Or are these too risqué for Grindr... Hope you'll consider.

Grindr software allows punks to madly swipe thru dozens of members in mere minutes each time hitting their pre-type. That's why nobody responds in a timely manner. They're still swiping and haven't looked yet to see who responded to their "business" proposal.

SEX POSITION: SIDES
On the EDIT PROFILE page, there is POSITION, where various positions are listed such as, top, bottom,...... including SIDE.
I think SIDES has not been well elaborated on this part;
There are sides who feel like they are submissive like how bottoms are in a gay relationship, let me call them SUBMISSIVE SIDES, and most likely such SIDES are looking for DORMINANT(toplike) SIDES.And then there are SIDES who feel like they are the alpha male like how tops are in the relationship, let me call them DORMINANT SIDES, and most times such SIDES are looking for SUBMISSIVE(bottomlike) SIDES

How about sending a sexual harrassment warning to users who are sending unconsented nudes or dickpics to profiles that specify no NSFW photo or not at first? Sending unsanted unconsented dickpics or nudes is very normalised on Grindr. What if someone on the receiving end is under-age and they faked their age. Being on Grindr is no excuse for sexual harrassment. I think Grindr is accountable to make people accountable for their behaviour

Don't put a limit on how many chats you can do. Per Session.you only get to talk to 3 people.
Put a bigger limit on the people that you can speak to procession. You don't want to get to talk 3peopleandthenyoucan'ttalkanymorethat'salittlesilly Try to make it like twenty people and then stop it for a day

Blocking recently created profiles
I keep having issues with the same creeps messaging me from a blank recently created profile and having to waste time working out that it's them each time. Blocking or reporting them does nothing as they just create new emails/profiles and try again in a few hours.
Is it possible to only allow profiles that have been active for X days/weeks to see me or contact me? This will make blocking actually make them think twice and allow me to only have to chat to people that are serious.17 votes -
Multi select for block on grid and chats
Have a multi select option so that we can mass select all the fake profiles and block/report them. It’s easy to tell them apart by their features or their wording like “I’m in a war right now station at so so but yet show feet from me. The TS group has obvious photoshop added to it.

Move the send button out of text area
Recent updates moving the send button into the text area is awful. You can't edit text it's covering without sending the message. Terrible UI. Please move it to be ABOVE the text like every other messaging app on the planet.

We cannot see pictures of the profile, they appear black since the new update
When you click on a thumbnail the picture that does appear properly and become just like a blank profile

Filter out diffrenet Countries..
Their should be a filter that allows you to filter out profiles that are not in your country...for instance if im in Yuma Az. my grid showes me profiles from San Luis Rio Colorado Mx. not saying cute Latinos are an eye sore cause they are not.. but most times it leads to pointless conversations since they can't cross the border or u don't wanna make a trip to Mexico for a meet up... it's a hassle.. just a thought. ..

This is my proposal
my proposal is: create an area for sex professionals, you could charge a monthly fee for sex professionals to publicize their profile, whoever is a sex professional would get a stamp, so that they know that that profile is professional. it would be interesting and very inclusive if they do that. a lot of people end up working in grindr hidden. if they add this option for sex workers it would be great. thanks
