  1. Restore the original ethnicity filter option back.

    I'm a white male and I live in a area that there's very little to none diversity. Before the ethnicity filter got removed, it made it a lot more easier to find different people of race and color but since it's removal, it's so hard to find them anymore. It would make it so much more better if the filter got restored back to it's former glory and I could meet different people

    As soon as I use the trans filter, only 3 profiles are avivable in the free version...
    2 of them are guys who didnt understand wich their tribe were, and the third one is a crossdresser who is mixed with trans girls for some reason I cant understand...
    Im only looking for trans girls, not gay males, no crossdresser...
    Trans girls cant find me since im simply a male.
    and I can only talk to 3 profiles unless I pay premium the whole time I use this app.

  9. Show nearest result on explore

    When searching an area in explore, the search results for the name often brings results up for locations in the USA which is rather frustrating for everyone else around the world (kinda feels like USA is forgetting there's other countries in the world). Instead have it return results based on distance from current location rather than having to scroll through multiple results 4000+ miles away and the one you want being at the bottom of the list and only 20 miles away.

    It would be nice to be able to send videos through chat. Most of the videos that many people would like to share are probably traveling, cooking, hiking, nature, vacation, pet, sports videos. The list goes on, it doesn’t have to be inappropriate videos that we share.

    Grinder users when they converse with other users sometimes enter into a picture trade. More often than not, some users who share photo albums or photos are disrespected. After a party sent his/her photo/album they are either ignored or blocked. Blocking lowers self esteem of users. In order to address this, please add a function tradeable photo albums, where both parties click on a something like Agree on Pic Trade button to say they enter into an agreement, which if both parties agreed, they will be able to have access to the tradeable album/s at the same time.   17. Allow translation not just of incoming messages but also of people’s profiles

    Right now the translation feature covers incoming messages. But if you’re traveling in a country where you don’t speak the language and are browsing profiles you have to constantly take screenshots of the profile and translate it in another app. Or if you don’t allow translation, at least make the text in the profile able to be copied so you can easily translate it with your phone.
