1. Profile Verification With Verified Seal

   It would be very nice if the profiles could be verified and that the verified ones received a verified seal.

   That is important for the safety of users.

   I have a problem with that because many guys block me as soon as I send them my photo, because they think I'm fake, and I'm not, apart from being handsome (and believed hahaha) I have a good body, and I take good photos in very beautiful places too so they think I'm fake and they don't give me the opportunity to explain myself, they block me.

4. Unreciprocated pictures

   Have a swap pictures feature where a user can choose to send a picture in the chat but the receiving user cannot view the photo until they also send a photo. This will prevent users from agreeing to swap photos but not actually sending their photo after receiving a photo.

5. The Membership fee is too high and the free version offers too little: Not safe or fair Privacy=Money.

   It's a fact other apps have been sued for overlooking the safety of their clients. It is not reasonable that a paying member gets incognito privileges to lurk & troll all, yet a free account suffers this secret observation by those with money. Having money does not guarantee your patron isn't some psycho, it leaves the unsuspecting others at theer y if those affording the ability to cloak themselves. Need I sight a case where several kidnappings, rapes and eventually murder happened with Adam4Adam and their GPS systems? If you are about the customer experience and most importantly, safety, it should reflect in a policy which doesn't grant the wealthy patrons to spy on those who are unable to pay your high cost of membership: Dangerous and Unconstitutionally unprotective. Think about the level of jeopardy you're putting people in with one sneaky ability: cloaking is a super power especially when compared to nothing to defend yourself with. Look at all the blank profiles who have absolutely no information on their profiles. They are lurkers, stalkers, fakes, flakes, etc.. They aren't your typical closeted person protecting their privacy, they are accomplishing protecting their identities falsifying their identities and observing exposed others.

   I also am offended by your inquiring about HIV tests and COVID-19 and MONKEY POX shots. Is this a study of some type of does the gay scene promote discriminatory behavior toward others? Who in todays society requires (or ever has) a monkey pox or COVID vaccine? Not a soul. As for HIV this is a discriminatory question with a two-fold result: Damned if you answer, and Damned if you don't. 6. Why r ppl w/BLANK profiles….

   You guys want to make money money money at all cost. So before if someone viewed you, you’ll be able to click on their profile but now you can’t. I noticed so many blank profiles looking and when i want to click on them to block I can’t. It says buy XTRA. That’s ridiculous, it’s like your protecting them and their blank ass identities but have no problem allowing mine to be out there for. Why? Cause they paid your fee that’s asinine. There’s so much wrong with this app now. From removing race, to making it all about trannies and fake straight men who want them. To those ads and then making 9 profiles viewable you get to the next room and it’s blocked. Wtf is that? What really gets me is the unlimited profiles. Why do i need this option? 10. A way to verify yourself

    Right now we are all aware there are many individuals who have fake profiles, and even individuals who are scamming people. I understand people want to be discreet, but there should be a feature kind of like tinder where you actually get a checkmark for being verified with your profile. Somebody in the past created a fake profile trying to sextort me which I ended up reporting to the FBI. The problem is they blocked my profile right away before I was able to report it to Grindr. There are too many scam artists on here with bad intentions. There should be a community where people should feel safe. That is why I think there needs to be a way to get verified if a person chooses.

    Introducing an ultra simple feature showing how long a user has been Grindr member helps a lot not falling into fake profiles since those are ver commonly very freshly created profiles!! It would be wonderful if you could insert this info „Member since xxxxx“ in everyone‘s profiles!

15. Fake profiles, escorts, etc.

    Fake profiles are not being handled by Grindr. I get guys who I've reported creating new profiles EVERY DAY and contacting me again -- there needs to be verification like a government-issued ID. If a profile with that ID has been reported/blocked/banned, they obviously should NOT be able to just create a new profile with the same ID. Also all the escorts need a separate category - any "regular" guy who asks if we're "generous" is an escort. The word "generous" if used should generate a pop-up warning. These escorts waste everyone's time pretending they're looking to hookup and only spring the generous word just before meeting.

16. warning for ads

    Ads pop up without warning which means you accidentally click on them, this is unsafe and can lead to being scammed or hacked. The App Store generally cannot find the apps too which I would imagine means they were removed from being linked to scams. Grindr should test the authenticity of all ads and should display a warning timer before the ad so people don’t click the link mistakingly. I actually wanted to complain but could not find the function.
