Change the advertising PLEASE
Please get rid of RuPaul and the ugly drag queens I'm gay I don't want to see that advertise hot men not drag queens I can't switch from messaging to search without being stuck looking at those very unattractive gender confused people for too long and it doesn't make me want to subscribe to whatever they are advertising I find it very irritating. Response Likelihood Indicator
Many men on the app don’t seem to know that no response is a kind of response. In that light, if you could use all the data we know you have on people's profile to indicate the likelihood of a response to your profile. You could create a scoring metric for a user by using the fields that are/aren’t filled out, the options and words used in a bio for people they interact with the most. Scruff has something similar. I think Grindr dudes would appreciate a wingman of sorts to taper expectations.

customer service help
Put a link to customer service on the app in help centre. Not having a way of contacting you means I need to delete the app. Am sure you wouldn't want this. But do you care ?

Have an option for Snapchat in the same way you have Facebook, Instagram and twitter
If you have the option to insert your Snapchat addy could be good for more ways of connecting.. instead of instant add tho, it should be like a request button that has to be approved by the profile owner if you get me. Hope you like the idea and can implement

Ask to allow screenshots
Grindr shouldn't let people screenshot the pictures you send them right of the bat. If the reciever tries to screenshot, the sender should be notified and asked if he wants to allow this person to do so throughout the conversation or if he wants not to allow him. There should also be a button to reverse this decision.
