That a lot of these guys are fake. They don't have any intention other than collect photos and they are very disrespectful. They're ghosts
Make it so that when someone blocks another person all of the chats and photos that was sent to the person blocking the other party are all deleted on his side of it. Also, make it that no one can take snapshots...or at least notify the other person that someone has made snapshots of his photos.

Bring Back the Block Feature
They NEED to bring back the block feature. I don't care if I haven't texted a person, I should be able to block another person. This has caused a lot of safety concerns as the hide feature doesn't work and I've had people text me who I don't want to interact with because they have threatened my safety. Fake profiles
Get your IT department to get rid of all the fake profiles currently plaguing Grindr. I have just blocked about 7 located nearby. It doesn't matter how many times I block these fake profiles they keep reappearing. Please do something about this.
