1. A bug free app!

   I will begin by saying I am a hard-core fan of the app, one of the first people to register on Grindr. have always enjoyed the experience with its ups and downs, overall favorite dating app. having said that, recently the app is simply unusable! the amount of bugs that occur constantly every single day is obscene! The experience has become frustrating! the list of issues is endless. I could list a few here like messages not being sent out although they look delivered and read on the other end. App would refuse to refresh for hours. actions like tapping someone’s profile simply disappear, and you end up having to do it again, but the person actually gets it twice , the app crashes out completely sometimes. These are just a few! All in all, the app is buggy from the moment it’s opened! Help us get back to a pleseant dating app experience :)

   Os álbuns poderiam ter a opção de selecionar a foto que deseja que seja compartilhada / visualizada em cada conversa. Exemplo o usuário x ao iniciar a conversa com o usuário y poderia antes de clicar em compartilhar o álbum, selecionar quais as fotos de dentro do álbum o usuário y poderá visualizar. Na prática o usuário x criaria um único álbum com todas as suas fotos, e faria a moderação de quais as fotos sejam visíveis dentro de cada conversa, tornando mais prático o compartilhamento de fotos.

12. Better reporting Setup

    There needs to be more options for reporting suspicious activity and ideally more characters. I prefer to use whole words and punctuation to be as clear as I can and not send a message that looks like spilled alphabet soup — lifbej leibfe geuebt htge

    I am writting this suggestion because I messaged a profile. I never received a message back from that profile and after a few days of seeing it in my near by and knowing they were not interested I blocked it. I then received a messaging saying hello from a profile with the same picture and user name 2 days later. I responded with a messaging saying hi. The profile viewed my profile twice and yet did not respond or show up in the near by list. The profile then sent me a message saying hi. Within a half hour of receiving that message which seems unnecessary considering their first message was hello, I went to their profile and it says they were last on a day ago. Even if they have the setting set to do not show in the nearby, the profile should still display the last login time shouldn’t it?

    With the character limit I couldn’t explain all that in the report of impersonation. I would love to report the profile as a robot because the first message said hello and the second said hi that feels like something a program would do because my response to the first hello was hi. A person could receive a hi message and respond with something that has more depth considering they already said hi, a computer program might not. I didn’t put more to my message because the message seems to be coming from a profile I messaged and was ignored and then I blocked. Which means they would have deleted their account recreated it looking the same and then messaged me. Or it’s a robot or computer program that deletes or creates multiple accounts with the same profile picture and name and info. Or there is some sort of hole in the system. However there is no way for me to make these types of reports or even include it in the report if suspected impersonation because of the 250 character limit.

    Throughout our history as being a gay male, looking for another gay male, with online activity, we were stoked when Grindr came out. Now people tend to just blatantly say the rudest shit to you, because you aren’t their type, not willing to pay them, or you happen to have a dick. What happened to the golden gays and golden days. Get me the fuck off of here. So many accounts signed up or are associated with my phone number, and even email address, yet I have one active account, at times unable to change my password, etc. there are TOO MANY BUGS AND TO MANY REPUBLICANS TRYING TO MAKE MONEY, to hide.

18. Remove all blank profiles

    I have a lot a chats from obviously scheming profiles and obvious catfish profiles more than actual people who are real but it is just disgraceful for them thinking is safe or healthy to prey on people who are just struggling to date and even if they want to keep their own identity safe that's fine but they shouldn't have bothered with this app to begin with.

20. So many bugs. App barely runs

    Ever since I updated my iPhone, the app can barely function. Notifications won’t go away once checked and continue to be “new” even dozens of messages later. Messages won’t load or update. Pictures won’t load or send. Forces an ad every 4 clicks and then app crashes after 20 clicks. Nothing will update, not even the people near me. Was considering upgrading, but I definitely won’t now that the app cannot even run correctly.
