It's fine if you choose to not make it mandatory but as soon as I paid for this app I regretted it when I saw Ur like the only one that doesn't even offer it as an option. 2024 called. They want their present technology applied.1 vote -
Filter based on sexual health status /last test date
I think we should be able to filter based on sexual status. Everyone has a preference and a comfort level. Were able to filter by weight,height, position,etc but we can't filter by status. Ppl are worried about being filtered out based on having a positive status ,but you're okay with filtering someone based on other physical attributes. Plus those who don't have any hang ups or issues you'll still be available or maybe some prefer to mess with others who can relate to there status.

Have a cruise spot list
It would be great to have a section for cruising spot like on Squirt and free. Like that there is many people who cannot receive at home and make it difficult to meet. And the users can participate to make the list.

Enable cutting and pasting in the chat inbox so that I can save time completely retyping a message to another person.
Instead of asking you guys to reduce the cost, it’s highly unlikely that will happen, id much rather my phone have the ability to do one of its most basic and integral functions inside the chat inbox. Not being able to cut and paste as an iOS 17 user on a 15 Pro Max is actually bullshit. Please fix this immediately. I’ve already updated the app, force closed also. I shouldn’t have to consider uninstalling to reinstall.

More Discreet App Icons
We need more discreet app icon options, preferably icons that are not dating-related since the entire point of this is to not signify that we are on a dating app/Grindr. Maybe some random icons like a camera, or an icon related to something financial, or movies, etc. Just more icon options that make using the app more discreet.
Or have the option to allow users to customize their icon.
Another thing is allowing the app name to change. Currently, we can change the icon, but when you receive a new message, it still says Grindr. The name also appears on…

Couple filter
I would like to go on dates sometimes, not just hook ups. It would be great to be able to filter out "coupled" people.

Fix the unread message filter. Continually marks them as read and goes blank before reading or responding.
Fix the filter. Messages shouldn’t be disappearing when you click on a notification before you get to open/respond to them

Bigger tile options for people who are partially blind/have bad eyesight
Have options for the browse screen to display different tile sizes, at the moment it is 3 wide you could have options for 2 wide or 1 wide etc. Favourites is already 2 wide so it seems like this wouldn't be too time consuming or difficult to implement

I want the ethnics filiter back
I like the one we were able to be able to put in at the ethnicity tight mainly because every day I want something different maybe one time I want a black guy or a group of black guys fuck me and then another day I wanna fuck a Latino guy but it’s hard when I had to browse through everybody to find the specific type that I’m looking for

No answer from the help Grindr
I've got a Xtra subscription wich features have vanished away suddenly. Furthermore, I'm still paiyng my Xtra subscription but I can not use all the features I'm paying for.
Worst than that, I've tried to reach Grindr support and I only have got an automatic message that has not solved my problem.
In fact, I've been sending mails to Grindr support every single day, with attachments with printscreens showing the issues, and I don't get any answer from them.
I think it is not aceptable the way a paying usar has been ignored.2 votes -

Age filter that goes BOTH WAYS
I am 18. I have my filters set to 18-22. For every users safety, there should be a way to filter out the people who are not in this age range from contacting ME. I am constantly disgusted to open my messages and find gross messages and pictures from 60 year old men. I don’t even want them looking at my profile.

Sync across multiple devices
Please sync Grindr chats across devices. It ridiculous that I can't have acess to my chats across multiple devices!

Stealth? Not that much!
If you go stealth and someone has put you among his favourites, you will appear further or closer depending on where you are. Basically: people
Who has your profile as a favourite one, will know that you are in stealth mode because he will see your profile travelling around in the favourites’ page. This is a bit ridicoulus for a supposed, but not completely real, stealth mode. You should change this.1 vote
